Los zapatos son preciosos, tal y como los encargué el 31/10, los he usado este fin de semana durante horas y son sin duda los zapatos más cómodos que tengo. En resumen, el diseño, la calidad y la confección son de 10, excelentes, pero la comunicación y el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear.
(7/1/2022): LOS ZAPATOS SIGUEN SIN LLEGAR Y NINGUNA NOTICIA DE LA EMPRESA. SERVICIO NEFASTO.

(17/12/2021)EDITO MI COMENTARIO YA QUE OS HABÉIS PUESTO EN CONTACTO CONMIGO DESPUÉS DE ESTA RESEÑA CONFIRMANDO QUE LOS ZAPATOS LLEGAN LA SEMANA QUE VIENE (esperaré su llegada para revisar mi valoración).
Encargué y pagué unos zapatos hace hoy 47 días (me dijeron que tardarían unos 40 días en llegar). Les he mandado ya 3 emails preguntando por el estado del envío y les he mandado mensaje privado por redes sociales y no recibo ninguna contestación.
Finally the shoes arrived on 17/1/2022. The shoes are beautiful, as I order them on 31/10, I used them this weekend for hours and are undoubtedly the most comfortable shoes I have. In short, design, quality and clothing are 10, excellent, but communication and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
(7/1/2022): The shoes remain unseited and no news from the company. Ignore service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una decepción y un autentico engaño. Ahí dejo las fotos, ya que una imagen vale más que mil palabras. Hilos sueltos, de mala calidad, la suela mal cortada, mal terminada, pegotes de goma hasta la mitad del tacón, tiras por encima de la tela, tela arrugada...........Esto es peor, que unos zapatos chinos de mala calidad, solo que tuve que pagar por ellos 160€!!. Por supuesto, pedí la devolución y después de mucho llamar y escribir solicitando lo, tengo que acudir al Centro Europeo del Consumidor para que me sea devuelto el importe que pagué por estos "zapatos", puesto que ellos no me dieron ninguna respuesta. Me he sentido totalmente estafada!!!!
A disappointment and a real deception. There I leave the photos, since a picture is worth a thousand words. Loose threads, of poor quality, the badly cut sole, badly finished, rubber sticks up to the middle of the heel, strips above the fabric, wrinkled fabric ........... This is worse, than some Chinese shoes of poor quality, I just had to pay € 160 for them !! Of course, I asked for the return and after long calling and writing requesting it, I have to go to the European Consumer Center so that the amount I paid for these "shoes" is returned, since they did not give me any response. I have felt totally ripped off !!!!
