Ci siamo appoggiati a questo negozio per seguire la pratica di trasferimento numero e il risultato è stato pessimo .
Dopo 35 giorni ancora abbiamo la linea non funzionate ed è inutile lamentarsi con loro perchè prima cercano di dare la colpa al cliente ( perchè non abbiamo spedito noi i moduli di richiesta ) poi quando forniamo le prove
che il modulo di richiesta è stato gestito da loro si scusano e ti dicono che ti contatteranno telefonicamente per darci maggiori informazioni ma...... non abbiamo sentito mai nessuno.
Purtroppo l'attività sta avendo un grosso calo e perdita economica per colpa di un servizio scarso e raccapricciante, che saremo costretti a quantificare per vie legali.
Per quanto mi riguarda non metterò più piede in un negozio tre e toglierò tutte le utenze con questa ditta che tutto ha, tranne la serietà .
Absolutely to be avoided!
We relied on this shop to follow the number transfer practice and the result was very bad.
After 35 days we still have the line not working and it is useless to complain to them because first they try to blame the customer (because we did not send the application forms ourselves) then when we provide the evidence
that the application form has been handled by them they apologize and tell you that they will contact you by phone to give us more information but ... we have never heard from anyone.
Unfortunately, the business is experiencing a major decline and economic loss due to a poor and gruesome service, which we will be forced to quantify by legal means.
As for me, I will no longer set foot in a shop three and I will remove all utilities with this company that has everything, except seriousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno mi sono ritrovata un mesetto fa nella necessità di ricomprare un telefonino con estrema urgenza, trovandomi a Foligno mi sono rivolta in questo punto vendita, dove ho trovato assistenza , cordialità e sensibilità nel mio bisogno urgente di prendere il telefono. Le due ragazze Celeste e Serena sono professionali , gentili e sensibili a livello umano. Mi sono trovata benissimo .
Hello I found myself a month ago in the need to buy back a mobile phone with extreme urgency, finding myself in Foligno I turned to this store, where I found assistance, friendliness and sensitivity in my urgent need to pick up the phone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Wind da sempre e qualche settimana fa sono andato in questo negozio per avere dei chiarimenti sul mio abbonamento. Entrando nel negozio sono stato subito colpito dall'ampiezza degli spazi e dall'eleganza dell'arredamento (non avevo mai visto, in un negozio di telefonini, lampade di design ed un bellissimo bonsai) oltre, ovviamente, all'aria condizionata e la musica di sottofondo...
Vengo accolto da due ragazze che si dimostrano da subito gentili, disponibili e competenti... risposte chiare e problemi risolti in meno di 5 minuti!!!!
Ma non finisce qui infatti, qualche giorno dopo, sono tornato con mia madre che voleva acquistare un nuovo smartphone e Celeste e Serena (nel frattempo ho imparato i loro nomi) ci hanno consigliato sia il telefonino che il piano tariffario più adatto alle nostre esigenze e, senza che noi chiedessimo niente, ci hanno anche dato dei consigli su come effettuare il backup ed il ripristino per non perdere nessun dato!!!
A breve tornerò anche con mio padre per la stessa motivazione, lui potrebbe benissimo andare da solo ma lo accompagnerò perché è veramente piacevole avere a che fare con persone a cui piace il proprio lavoro e lo fanno con professionalità e passione... così magari lo smartphone me lo cambio anche io!!!!
I have always been a Wind customer and a few weeks ago I went to this shop to get some clarification on my subscription. Entering the shop I was immediately struck by the spaciousness of the spaces and the elegance of the furniture (I had never seen, in a mobile phone shop, designer lamps and a beautiful bonsai) as well as, of course, the air conditioning and the music. background ...
I am welcomed by two girls who immediately prove to be kind, helpful and competent ... clear answers and problems solved in less than 5 minutes !!!!
But it does not end here in fact, a few days later, I returned with my mother who wanted to buy a new smartphone and Celeste and Serena (in the meantime I learned their names) advised us both the mobile phone and the tariff plan that best suited our needs and , without us asking for anything, they also gave us advice on how to backup and restore so as not to lose any data !!!
Soon I will also be back with my father for the same reason, he could very well go alone but I will accompany him because it is really nice to deal with people who like their work and do it with professionalism and passion ... so maybe it is. smartphone I change it too !!!!

Mi sono trovato veramente bene, in particolar modo grazie a Gerardo che ha risolto la situazione in modo rapido ed efficiente. è stato anche simpaticissimo! Consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a loro in caso di necessità.
