PER UN'ATTIVAZIONE DELLA RETE FISSA È PASSATO PIÙ DI 1 MESE MA IL BELLO È CHE SONO VENUTI I TECNICI INCAPACI PER BEN DUE VOLTE A VEDERE IL LAVORO E PROBABILMENTE HANNO PERSO LA STRADA PERCHÉ NON SI SONO PIÙ VISTI.
OLTRETUTTO LA MIA È UN'ATTIVITÀ COMMERCIALE E AVENDO UN CAMBIO DI GESTIONE STO RISCHIANDO DI PERDERE IL NUMERO. UN DISAGIO NON DA POCO PER UN'ATTIVITÀ COMMERCIALE....
This rating is not for the store .... The staff is exceptional but it is THE 3 THAT DOES NOT DESERVE. IT WAS MORE THAN 1 MONTH FOR A FIXED NETWORK ACTIVATION BUT THE BEAUTIFUL IS THAT THE INCAPACED TECHNICIANS COME FOR TWO TIMES TO SEE THE WORK AND PROBABLY THEY HAD LOST THE ROAD BECAUSE THEY WERE NO LONGER VISITED.
MOREOVER MY IS A COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY AND HAVING A CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT I AM RISKING TO LOSE THE NUMBER. NOT A FEW DISCOMFORT FOR A COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY ....

Partial assistance and no incentive to remain customers. I will evaluate other operators despite having 5 contracts with WindTre in place for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È il miglior punto vendita che ce in tutta l'Umbria ma il personale ha un grandissimo menefreghismo nei confronti del cliente responsabilità non se ne assumano la responsabilità quando il cliente sottoscrive un abbonamento. A me mi è successo che per una rata che non è passata sulla carta di credito mi hanno mandato la penale e le rate residue del telefono e la responsabile del negozio ssi rivolge nei miei confronti dicendomi non so che fare. Io non consiglio questo punto vendita . Mi auguro che non accada ciò che h è successp a me.
It is the best store in all of Umbria but the staff has a great indifference towards the customer. Responsibility does not take responsibility for it when the customer signs up for a subscription. It happened to me that for an installment that did not pass on the credit card I was sent the penalty and the remaining installments on the phone and the shop manager turned to me saying I don't know what to do. I don't recommend this store. I hope that what happened to me does not happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni ormai sono con questa compagnia telefonica per merito della sig.rina Roberta, che mi ha sempre sopportato e consigliato in tutto questo tempo! Sinceramente, se non era per lei, probabilmente non sarei cliente TRE, perché non è una compagnia "simpatica"; per il suo comportamento arrogante ..., invadente ed assillante per le copiose pubblicità ..., ingannevole per gli svariati trucchetti atti a succhiare denaro a noi spesso inconsapevoli. Io ho imparato a conoscerli e cerco di difendermi inibendo il più possibile le loro "sporche" attività.
Molto spesso sono le persone come la sig.ina Roberta che fanno la differenza!!!

For years now I have been with this telephone company thanks to Ms. Roberta, who has always supported me and advised me all this time! Honestly, if it wasn't for you, I probably wouldn't be a TRE customer, because it's not a "nice" company; for his arrogant behavior ..., intrusive and nagging for the copious advertisements ..., misleading for the various tricks aimed at sucking money we are often unaware of. I have learned to know them and I try to defend myself by inhibiting their "dirty" activities as much as possible.
Very often it is people like Ms. Roberta who make the difference !!!
