Sono andato a ritirare la Sim per una portabilità, ho pagato 30 euro, mi hanno attivato la Happy frimai a mia in saputa, qui nei con un costo aggiuntivo, e si sono dimenticati di accreditare come credito residuo il rimanente cioè 5 euro. Onestamente Iliad e 100000 volte meglio di Vodafone. BAD !!!!! I went to pick up the sims for portability, I paid 30 euro, have enabled me to my Happy frimai in unknown, here in an additional cost, and they forgot to give credit to as the remaining residual credit that is 5 euro. Honestly Iliad is 100,000 times better than Vodafone.

Nonostante altra gente se ne sia andata dopo poco ho cercato di pazientare ancora un'attimo visto tto il tempo ormai speso. Certo purtroppo i clienti storditi hanno avuto la loro parte, ma dopo che 6 persone se ne vanno magari anche i commessi avrebbero potuto cercare di sbrigarsi.... Shameful to wait for more than three quarters of an hour to be able to make the switch to Vodafone ... Il ragazzo del negozio ha smosso mezzo mondo per risolvere il mio problema. Grazie davvero!
