Sapevamo dal primo istante che avremmo trovato il prodotto giusto per la nostra casa in quanto quest’azienda gode già da diversi anni di notorietà e di recensioni positive circa la bellezza delle porte Garofoli e la consistenza di finestre di altissima qualità, ma ciò che ha reso tutto perfetto come una ciliegina sulla torta è stata l’esperienza e l’esposizione di quanto venduto dall’architetto Gabriele Giordano dimostratosi dal primo istante una persona estremamente chiara, corretta e professionale e che dire dei tecnici installatori Stefano e Simone, due persone estremamente precise nel fare il loro lavoro in maniera pulita e garbata. Una volta arrivata mi sono da subito interfacciata con un team cordiale e professionale a partire dalla sig.ra Gilda. La scelta degli infissi è stata magistralmente condotta con l'aiuto dell'Arch. GIORDANO che ha curato ogni minimo particolare. Dopodiché l'organizzazione per la posa in opera sono stata contattata dalla sig.ra Ivana con la quale ho potuto concordare i tempi più idonei. Il 26 aprile u.s. sono entrati in casa mia Leonardo e Simone che hanno saputo realizzare la posa in opera con professionalità, accuratezza, garbo e gentilezza. Azienda conosciuta tramite Facebook a cui ci siamo rivolti per la sostituzione degli infissi, delle tapparelle e delle zanzariere. In primo luogo vorremmo ringraziare il Sig. Marcello che ci ha continuamente supportati e seguiti. Persona competente e seria dalla grande disponibilità che dopo averci descritto la differenza tra i vari tipi di infissi ci ha indirizzato all'acquisto suggerendoci la soluzione migliore per la nostra casa. E poi i signori venuti per il montaggio (Giovanni e Domenico) molto preparati, precisi ma soprattutto attenti ai minimi particolari che non hanno lasciato traccia del loro passaggio, installatori certificati e certamente non persone improvvisate del mestiere. Da subito si notano i notevoli cambiamenti (rumori della strada praticamente inesistenti e addio finalmente agli spifferi in casa). Arrivando alla Windor di San Giorgio Ionico, sono stato accolto alla Reception dalla Signora Gilda, la quale mi ha chiamato il commerciale per farmi seguire. È arrivato il Geom. Marcello Scalise, persona che già conoscevo da anni, quanto lavorava da un altro serramentista, e come sempre ho trovato con lui feeling mettendosi subito a disposizione. A distanza di molti mesi dal montaggio dei miei infissi, posso solo confermare la mia soddisfazione nella scelta, soprattutto perché ho risolto problemi di acustica, abitando nel centro di Crispiano su una strada molto trafficata. Grazie ai ragazzi del montaggio, Michele, Angelo, Antonio, Salvatore, Alessio, Ivana dell' amministrazione, Il Geom. Marcello che mi ha seguito in tutto. C	Caterina D'Angiulli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo conosciuto l'azienda perché si andava alla ricerca di una porta scorrevole d'arredamento e, avendo navigato attraverso il web, ci siamo imbattuti nelle porte della ditta Garofoli il cui rivenditore di zona era appunto Windor. Ricevuti tramite appuntamento dal sig. Luca Brancatisano (addetto vendite),con norme anticovid presenti rigorose, che è stato esaustivo e chiaro facendoci visionare "dal vivo" quanto avevamo visto su internet e sottoponendoci la possibilità di usufruire dello sconto 50% in fattura. La scelta da noi effettuata non ha avuto dubbi e da lì a pochi giorni abbiamo stipulato il contratto con visita a domicilio per le "misure" necessarie. Eravamo nel periodo natalizio e il prodotto lo avremmo ricevuto ad aprile. Infatti il tutto si è concretizzato secondo quanto programmato. A questo punto occorre complimentarsi anche con i signori Domenico e Giovanni,i due operai "montatori" che si sono distinti per la loro professionalità e garbo: hanno lavorato con perizia ,estrema tecnica e,non ultimo, con grande "pulizia" finale. Erano dotati, infatti, degli strumenti necessari per completare e ultimare il loro lavoro: dal bidone aspirapolvere allo Scottex da scope e spazzole al detergente ...senza chiedere mai nulla! Visto che noi siamo alle prese di ristrutturazione di casa e di operai ce ne sono passati...Domenico e Giovanni li abbiamo collocati al 1° posto della nostra classifica familiare per le caratteristiche sopra esposte. Mi sono rivolta a Windor, in seguito alla positiva esperienza di un amico e devo dire che confermo in pieno l'impressione positiva. A partire dal sig. Brancatisano con cui abbiamo stipulato il contratto, al tecnico, sig. Cipriano, al ragioniere (con cui mi scuso, perché non ne ricordo il nome...) che, senza alcun problema, ci ha guidati nella pratica del bonus al 50%. Per non parlare dei ragazzi che si sono occupati del montaggio, Stefano, Angelo e Nicola, che hanno saputo risolvere con professionalità ogni problematica che si è presentata durante il loro lavoro (e non sono state poche...). Sempre gentili e pronti a qualsiasi richiesta, hanno sempre riordinato e pulito gli ambienti, sl termine di ogni giornata di lavoro. Windor è un'azienda composta da persone professionali e competenti, a partire da Marcello, mio punto di riferimento, un uomo professionale, gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze del proprio cliente; Stefano e Angelo, due ragazzi precisi, ordinati, educati oltre che bravissimi nel montaggio degli infissi; Ivana, addetta alla reception, sempre pronta ad accogliere le richieste del cliente e per ultimo, il collega che ha svolto la pratica dello sconto in fattura (a cui però non ho chiesto il nome). Inutile dire che, se avete bisogno di un servizio che concili la qualità e l'efficienza, windor è una garanzia!!!
