Excellent structure with impeccable cleanliness. Great location although for the center of Tropea you still need to take the car but we talk about 2 km.

Cercavamo relax senza lusso a due passi dal mare e ci siamo sentiti in vacanza in uno dei posti più gettonati d'Italia ma con la comodità e l'indipendenza che ci faceva sentire a casa nostra. Consiglio anche per gli ottimi prezzi e staff che adegua tutto alle vostre esigenze se possibile Positive experience. We were looking for relaxation without luxury a stone's throw from the sea and we felt we were on vacation in one of the most popular places in Italy but with the comfort and independence that made us feel at home. I also recommend for the excellent prices and staff that adapts everything to your needs if possible

Avevo assicurato una recensione per il bel soggiorno che ci hanno regalato, ma il ritmo frenetico del lavoro non hanno permesso di farla prima. Quanto è bello essere in vacanza, ancor di più se in un posto bellissimo, a pochi passi dal mare e in una struttura comoda, composta, pulita e gestita con grande entusiasmo e attenzione con comodissimo piano cottura e arredi essenziali ma nuovissimi. La soluzione offerta ci ha soddisfatto molto ed essere in vacanza, avendo comunque un margine di indipendenza (che una camera d'albergo non sempre ti assicura invece questi appartamentini si!) non ha prezzo. Relax di cui avrei bisogno nuovamente, meno male che l'estate si avvicina. Speriamo di tornare. Saluti Franco After months I absolutely have to thank the managers of the structure. I had secured a review for the nice stay they gave us, but the hectic pace of work did not allow us to do it sooner. How nice it is to be on vacation, even more so if in a beautiful place, a few steps from the sea and in a comfortable, composed, clean and managed with great enthusiasm and attention with a very comfortable hob and essential but brand new furnishings. The solution offered has satisfied us a lot and being on vacation, having a margin of independence (which a hotel room does not always guarantee you instead these apartments yes!) Is priceless. Relax that I need again, thank goodness that summer is approaching. We hope to return. Regards Franco

La proprietaria è davvero gentile e disponibile. We stayed from 8-17 August. We are Milanese and I must say that the structure is pretty and well maintained. The rooms are well furnished and nothing is missing. The owner is really kind and helpful.

Pulito ed arredato con grande gusto..Vicinissimo con la macchina alle zone di mare più belle di Tropea..la splendida Baia di Riaci dista solo un 5 min di macchina dalla location..la proprietaria è disponibile in tutto! Ci sono stata già diverse volte e ci ritornerò... Great place to live the holidays in peace! Clean and furnished with great taste..Very close to the car to the most beautiful sea areas of Tropea..the splendid Baia di Riaci is only a 5 min drive from the location..the owner is available throughout! I've been there several times already and I'll be back ...

Angolo cottura sul balcone, completo di tutto, comodo e vista mare. Spettacolare proprio! We stayed in a studio apartment with attention to the smallest details. Impeccable cleanliness. Quiet area a step away from the center of Tropea. Kitchenette on the balcony, complete with everything, comfortable and sea view. Just spectacular!

Unico neo non c’è il sapone liquido (forse per le regole anti-COVID). Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Located a few minutes from the center of Tropea and 10 'from the beaches, it offers studios equipped with all comforts. Excellent value for money. The only drawback there is no liquid soap (perhaps due to anti-COVID rules). Staff very kind and helpful.
A	Anto nella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho abbastanza stelle da dare a Stefania e alla sua ospitalità ma anche per il gusto simpatico e dettagliato per l'arredamento e la pulizia La stanza è come si può vedere nelle foto, la pulizia è al livello successivo. La camera ha un frigorifero con una bottiglia d'acqua, anche una cucina molto ben fornita, il bagno è fornito di asciugamani e shampoo al sale marino e lavaggio del corpo. E' stata molto premurosa e ci è venuta a prendere quando siamo arrivati in un giorno di pioggia. E' un po' lontano dal centro città, ma ne vale davvero la pena perché la posizione è vicina alla montagna ed è molto bella e tranquilla. I don't have enough stars to give to Stefania and her hospitality but also for the nice and detailed taste for the furniture and cleaning The room is as you can see in the photos, cleanliness is at the next level. The room has a fridge with a bottle of water, also a very well stocked kitchen, the bathroom is stocked with towels and sea salt shampoo and body wash. She was very thoughtful and picked us up when we arrived on a rainy day. It is a bit far from the city center, but it is really worth it because the location is close to the mountain and it is very nice and quiet.
