★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale del negozio non è adatto a stare in pubblico, abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza negativa, dopo averci fatto aspettare più di mezz'ora non hanno voluto espletare il loro lavoro nei nostri confronti, essendo stati già avvisati dal negozio di Ostia del nostro arrivo, dopo aver acquistato il primo cellulare a Ostia , abbiamo chiesto se potevano mandare il secondo con gli accessori , la risposta è stata alquanto maleducata e menefreghista, siamo rimasti delusi dal loro comportamento, questa mattina siamo tornati al negozio di Ostia per lamentarci dell'accaduto ma siamo stati liquidati con risposte inadeguate e non professionali, doppiamente dispiaciuti essendo clienti da molti anni, non ci torneremo mai più.
The shop staff is not suitable for being in public, we had a bad negative experience, after making us wait more than half an hour they did not want to carry out their work towards us, having already been notified by the Ostia shop of our arrival , after purchasing the first mobile phone in Ostia, we asked if they could send the second one with accessories, the response was somewhat rude and careless, we were disappointed by their behavior, this morning we went back to the Ostia shop to complain about the incident but we have been liquidated with inadequate and unprofessional responses, doubly sorry being customers for many years, we will never go back.
