Di Domenica rifiutano di effettuare ricariche accampando pretesti puerili. Mi hanno creato mezza giornata di fastidi e disagi rifiutandosi di accettare varie forme di pagamento che prponevo per l'attivazione di una SIM. Su suggerimento del servizio 155, mi sono rivolto ad un altro negozio WIND risolvendo in 5 minuti. INCOMPETENT: they get annoyed if asked for a service that deviates from the routine. On Sunday, they refuse to top up by camping childish pretexts. They created me half a day of annoyances and inconveniences by refusing to accept various forms of payment that I used to activate a SIM. Molto comodo l'orario continuato, essendo dentro "porte di Catania". In questo centro il personale è disponibile, cordiale e molto competente in materia di telefonia.
