★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered BBQ Ribs and a Ribeye for delivery via the Alfonsino app but I received a completely different order. I called Wild Buffalo and he blamed it on Alfonsino stating that “maybe the driver get the order confused”. Then I called the driver but he doesn’t speak any English so I called Wild Buffalo again and asked if he could call the driver for me and explain the problem. They said sure no problem they would call him and call me back. Wild Buffalo never called me back and when I tried calling Wild Buffalo back they ignored every one of my phone calls. Later after looking at the bag I noticed 2 completely different receipts. 1 receipt with my order and 1 receipt with the order I received. This proves that it wasn’t Alfonsino (the delivery guy) fault, it was Wild Buffalo fault for confusing the order but they blamed it on someone else with the quickness. You can see with the pictures I have attached. Highly recommend not eating here cause they obviously don’t care about customer service and unfortunately it’s not the first bad experience I’ve had here but this was last straw!! Save your money, trust me you’ll be better off! Review would have been 0 stars if I could do it but I can’t so it’s 1 star!

There was a slight issue with our order here, but the owner acted promptly and showed sincerity. Completely changed my perception of this place and I can honestly say there customer service is outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is better at the Lago location in my opinion. As well as the Sangria. Last visit I ordered a Valentino for pickup and found out halfway into my drive home that they gave me only fries with cheese. Obviously a confusion but very annoying mistake, which I went back and got my original order. They apologized but didn't offer anything for the mistake which was disappointing. The Valentino is usually pretty good but they use very cheap bread for the sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience, amazing food...the best jalapeño poppers I've ever had, paid with an incredible house sauce. An overwhelming selection of food and drink, each item is fully capable of standing on n it's own. The burgers are my favorite. But my husband ordered a big steak, medium rare, and I was jealous... it looked great, smelled incredible and melted in your mouth. As usual, my burger #5 did not disappoint. The meat was perfectly moist, choice of cheese was excellent.
Service is ALWAYS exceptional here!
