Al mio arrivo una delle titolari effettua subito le schiariture, mentre un''altra si sta sottoponendo a colore e piega, assistita dalla terza titolare. Trascorso il mio tempo di posa, la titolare addetta al taglio, che finalmente ha sistemato prioritariamente e con calma il suo look, mi chiede che taglio voglio. Faccio vedere una foto e la signora mi fa notare che con quel taglio, troppo corto secondo lei, verrebbero eliminate le schiariture appena fatte. Io faccio notare che l'appuntamento che avevo fissato era appunto per un taglio e lei risponde che dovevo dirlo prima che taglio volevo, così le schiariture le avrebbero fatte dopo...-Certo l'errore è nostro che non abbiamo fatto prima il taglio-aggiunge lei, con un tono alquanto disinteressato. Accetto di buon grado di spuntarli appena, chiedendo che mi coprissero un paio capelli bianchi ( veramente 2 o 3) che si vedevano. -Eh no, non si può fare, per quello ci vuole il colore...- Ho pagato tutto a prezzo pieno e sono uscita certo con delle schiariture, ma con un taglio inesistente che non era quello che volevo, tre capelli bianchi in bella mostra sulla testa e una piega che dopo un paio d'ore non c'era più. Un ambiente cordiale , le ragazze sono sempre professionali, inoltre, nonostante io chieda sempre lo stesso taglio mi consigliano ottime alternative ... sicuramente più alla moda . Ero alla ricerca di un colore naturale, scontenta delle mie ultime esperienze. Rosita ha saputo interpretare la mia idea. Da allora sono il mio riferimento. Consiglio sicuramente lo staff di White! Professional and competent! They use effective products. They have a proposal for very interesting hair treatments. I was looking for a natural color, unhappy with my last experiences.
