La pubblicità indicava uno dconto del 15% sui caschi e, a detta della persona che mi ha seguito nell'acquisto, i prezzi esposti erano tutti da scontare. Ho scelto il casco e quando si è trattato di pagare non mi è stato applicato alcun sconto e mi è stato detto che QUEL CASCO aveva il prezzo già scontato. Vero o non vero, un po' più di trasparenza non guasterebbe. Grazie e buona giornata I bought a helmet on Friday. The advertisement indicated a 15% discount on helmets and, according to the person who followed me in the purchase, the prices displayed were all to be discounted. I chose the helmet and when it came to paying I was not given any discount and I was told that THAT HELMET had the already discounted price. True or not, a little more transparency wouldn't hurt. In tutto sono molto soddisfatto. I was very happy, the qualified and very polite staff, I bought a helmet and rather than making me spend money in vain they ordered a different size to let me try more sizes… and be dark. Il personale è molto gentile e, a differenza di altri posti magari più grossi, riesce anche a darti delle "dritte" interessanti. I bought two helmets after almost two years in the Como shop and in both situations I felt comfortable. The staff is very nice and, unlike other maybe bigger places, they also manage to give you some interesting "tips".

Io rispetto i regolamenti delle promozioni ma se un commesso non conosce i regolamenti allora posso dire che non ci siamo, avrei potuto decidere di non acquistare il casco. Non lo trovo corretto.Mi aspetto che l'azienda mi riconosca il disservizio. I bought a Shoei helmet, I asked the salesman if I could buy the intercom with the discount coupons, the boy kindly told me as soon as the coupons arrive you can come and collect the intercom but you can only use a coupon. when i got the coupons i discover that i can't use the discount coupon for that product. I respect the regulations of the promotions but if a salesman does not know the regulations then I can say that we are not there, I could have decided not to buy the helmet. I don't find it correct. I expect the company to acknowledge the disservice.
