High prices and the staff is highly unprofessional. I even heard them bad mouthing customers who had complained with just cause.
Their customer service needs an upgrade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spa with various saunas and steam baths. Formula with aperitif or dinner is a winner but can get crowded and therefore noisy. Ample changing areas and all facilities clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice swimming complex, clean, has a spa area also. The staff is pretty severe, lots of rules (ex no photos in the swimming pool proximity), yet some of them speak english which is great for the area. Also, swimming helmet is a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive for what you get. Outside pools are already overpriced and three hours of SPA currently costs 33€ per person. Too much. I am not coming back here. There are other places around with a better ratio between what you get and how much you pay. 3 stars because the place is clean and quiet
