Tornando da una frgatura,mi spiego meglio.Verso le 16, mentre rincasavo per rilassarmi nel mio rifugio preferito Un amico mi ha chiesto di accompagnarlo perche era solo in un piccolo viaggio verso un paese limitrofo, Sora. Dove doveva visionare, per poi acquistarlo, un macchinario per ka sua azienda. E qui c'e la fregatura, il posto non era quello ma molto piu lontano, era Torrice. Comunque tralasciando tutto il resto. Consapevole del gesto poco sinpatico. Al ritorno.mi ha detto, " ora ti faccio assaggiare una pizza speciale". E quindi, cambiando ancora itinerario, mi ha portato a vicalvi, dove c'era questa pizzeria molto modesta a dir la verita', ma che ci ha sfornato una delizia che abbiamo subito divorato, accompagnandola con due birre in bottiglia, recuperate da me in un piccolo market li vicino. Che dire, ho ancora il sapore di questa pasta ben lievitata e ottimamente condita. Inoltre ho scoperto che d'estate, proprio accanto, il proprietari fornisce ai propri clienti, dei tavoli per gustare la propria specialita', all'area aperta e sotto il cielo stellato, della stupenda Ciociaria.
Sicuramente da provare.

What can I say, I still have the flavor of this well-leavened and well-seasoned dough. I also discovered that in the summer, right next door, the owners provide their customers with tables to enjoy their specialties, in the open area and under the starry sky, of the beautiful Ciociaria.
Definitely to try.
