Mi hanno prospettato tutto fin dall'inizio con la massima chiarezza senza alcuna intenzione di indurmi a prendere una decisione che non volessi prendere. E questo per quanto mi riguarda è davvero importante. Il mio iPhone andava riparato e lo hanno riparato bene, in meno di 3 ore e con accuratezza. Il telefono adesso è nuovo. Funzionante al 100%. Il prezzo della riparazione consono al valore del telefono, considerando che è molto meno di quanto chiede l'Apple store ufficiale. La menzione speciale va ad Attilio, che mi ha seguito fin dalla prenotazione e mi ha riparato il telefono con tanta cura e soprattutto rapidità (che era ciò che avevo chiesto come cortesia). Se consiglio We Phone? Assolutamente si. Chiedete di Attilio. Vi sorprenderà. Super positive experience. First of all, kindness and sincerity. They presented everything to me very clearly from the beginning with no intention of inducing me to make a decision that I did not want to make. And this is really important as far as I'm concerned. My iPhone needed repair and they fixed it well, in less than 3 hours and with care. The phone is now new. 100% working. The price of the repair in line with the value of the phone, considering that it is much less than what the official Apple store asks. Special mention goes to Attilio, who has followed me since the booking and repaired my phone with great care and above all speed (which was what I asked for as a courtesy). If I recommend We Phone? Absolutely yes. Ask for Attilio. It will surprise you.
