Sono andato 3 volte a giocare alla sera e tutte te le volte faceva freddissimo, i riscaldamenti non sono accesi e lunedì scorso tutti abbiamo dovuto giocare con la felpa. L'acqua dopo un set era ghiacciata e usciti dal tendone faceva più caldo fuori che dentro. Inoltre negli spogliatoi non ci sono nemmeno gli asciugacapelli.
Ho fatto presente la cosa alla ragazza della reception e mi ha detto di scrivere una mail al responsabile, cosa che ho fatto e ho anche chiamato chiedendo di farmi parlare col responsabile... Nessuno mi ha mai risposto alla mail o mai richiamato... Assurdo!
Unfortunately, I am forced to badly review this center. I went to play 3 times in the evening and every time it was freezing cold, the heaters are not on and last Monday we all had to play with the sweatshirt. The water after a set was frozen and outside the tent it was warmer outside than inside. In addition, there are no hairdryers in the changing rooms.
I pointed this out to the girl at the reception and she told me to write an email to the manager, which I did and I also called asking to be able to speak to the manager ... Nobody ever replied to my email or called back ... Absurd!
