★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa di Gioacchino si trova in centro ad Avola, in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le varie spiagge della costa.
Si trova al primo piano di una palazzina ed è dotata di 2 camere da letto, entrambe con letti matrimoniali. Dispone inoltre di una cucina attrezzata e di un ampio terrazzo.
Il bagno è ampio e dotato di doccia spaziosa con possibilità di idromassaggio.
Gioacchino's house is located in the center of Avola, in a very convenient position to reach the various beaches on the coast.
It is located on the first floor of a building and has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. It also has an equipped kitchen and a large terrace.
The bathroom is large and equipped with a spacious shower with the possibility of hydromassage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa è strutturata male, non ci sono ambienti comuni tranne una cucina minuscola e caldissima perché senza aria condizionata, e una terrazza non coperta quindi inservibile quando c'è sole.
Ingresso in casa da una scala strettissima e claustrofobica, con la porta di un altro appartamento comunicante con il nostro, chiusa ma comunque non ispirava sicurezza. Pulizia mediocre, doccia wellness in plastica e scricchiolante. Armadio in camera in legno vecchio e con un cattivo odore che non ci ha permesso di utilizzarlo. La zona intorno alla casa un po' fatiscente, così come la vista dalla terrazza.
The house is badly structured, there are no common areas except a tiny kitchen and very hot because it has no air conditioning, and an uncovered terrace therefore useless when it is sunny.
Entrance into the house from a very narrow and claustrophobic staircase, with the door of another apartment communicating with ours, closed but still not inspiring security. Mediocre cleanliness, plastic and creaky wellness shower. Wardrobe in the room made of old wood and with a bad smell that did not allow us to use it. The area around the house is somewhat dilapidated, as is the view from the terrace.
