Raramente ho avuto necessità di supporto, ma quando è successo il supporto è stato veloce e competente. Non hanno un call center a fare da filtro, si può parlare direttamente con il personale tecnico o amministrativo!

Sinceramente sono molto soddisfatto del loro supporto, sempre disponibili, educati (di questi tempi non è poco). Il loro tempo di reazione è normalmente nelle 12/24. Ho anche domini su register.it ma con questa azienda c'è un particolare feeling umano che consiglio vivamente a coloro che desiderano mantenere un dialogo personalizzato.
