★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho voluto provare questo salone per il colore Mask di Davines (top!): fisso il primo appuntamento online alle 13 come d'abitudine da anni e va tutto bene.
Prima di pagare fisso il secondo appuntamento dopo un mese sempre alle 13: arrivo puntualissima e nessuno mi accoglie.
Aspetto 15 min in piedi e finalmente mi fanno sedere per l'attesa.
Dopo un'altra mezz'ora mi fanno accomodare alla postazione colore: rimango lì un altro quarto d'ora e decido di andarmene riferendo alla titolare che un'ora di attesa non è una forma di cortesia per chi ha la prenotazione da 5 settimane.
La titolare, invece che scusarsi, imputa l'accaduto alla mia persona: 'lei aveva appuntamento alle 12.30 ed è arrivata in ritardo di mezz'ora!'
Rimango senza parole per educazione: non tornerò mai più.
I wanted to try this salon for Davines Mask color (top!): I have been fixing the first online appointment at 1pm as usual for years and everything is fine.
Before paying the second appointment fixed after a month always at 13: I arrive very punctual and nobody welcomes me.
I wait 15 min standing and finally they make me sit down for the wait.
After another half hour they make me sit at the color station: I stay there for another quarter of an hour and I decide to leave, telling the owner that an hour of waiting is not a form of courtesy for those who have booked for 5 weeks.
Instead of apologizing, the owner blames the incident on my person: 'she had an appointment at 12.30 and arrived half an hour late!'
I am speechless for education: I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho voluto provare questo parrucchiere perché, onestamente, mi hanno attratto molto i post dei loro lavori sui social network.
Il locale è luminoso e molto pulito. All’interno ho visto lavorare soltanto personale molto giovane e sorridente, cosa che mi ha dato subito una bella impressione. Non sono una persona che si trova molto a chiacchierare durante le sedute, invece l’ambiente era così amichevole che persino io mi sono messa a parlare con i due ragazzi ed una cliente. Laura è la ragazza che mi ha seguita e la consiglio senza dubbi. Dopo il lavaggio, mi ha sottoposto a 2 minuti di ossigeno sui capelli, procedimento che ha dato i suoi risultati. La piega è durata numerosi giorni, perfetta, ed i capelli erano lucidi e morbidi. Mi ha anche dato qualche consiglio (richiesto da parte mia, nessuna invadenza) su come tenere i miei capelli e come gestire il mio crespo/blandamente riccio. Una nota positivissima, per me, è che non hanno cercato di vendermi nulla. Nessun prodotto, nessun trattamento, nessun “te la metto questa crema in oro liquido che cosa un rene ma che ti fa brillare i capelli come una supernova?”. Niente, solo uno splendido servizio che mi ha lasciato davvero davvero contenta. Prezzi giusti (mi hanno anche fatto uno sconto). Tornerò sicuramente!
I wanted to try this hairdresser because, honestly, the posts of their work on social networks attracted me a lot.
The venue is bright and very clean. Inside I saw only very young and smiling staff working, which immediately gave me a good impression. I'm not a person who talks a lot during the sessions, instead the environment was so friendly that even I started talking to the two boys and a client. Laura is the girl who followed me and I recommend her without doubts. After washing, she gave me 2 minutes of oxygen on my hair, which gave her results. The styling lasted several days, perfect, and the hair was shiny and soft. He also gave me some advice (requested on my part, no intrusiveness) on how to hold my hair and how to manage my frizzy / mildly curly. A very positive note, for me, is that they have not tried to sell me anything. No products, no treatments, no "I'll put this liquid gold cream on you what a kidney but that makes your hair shine like a supernova?". Nothing, just a splendid service that left me really, really happy. Fair prices (they even gave me a discount). I will definitely be back!
