I	Iacopo Rocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marco è semplicemente il migliore; il mio orologio Citizen Aqualand titanium è stato fermo un anno da un altro orologiaio che non ha saputo risolvere il problema, sono andato da Watch & Co perché sapevo della passione per il suo mestiere, della professionalità e della cordialità e così è stato. Mi ha accolto nel negozio ed in dieci minuti mi ha rimesso le viti del fondo cassa originali ( introvabili ) e mi ha montato la fibbia ed i passanti del cinturino originali anch'essi e nel frattempo ci siamo fatti una bella chiacchierata. Che dire, semplicemente il migliore, per me non esiste altro. Quando si trova chi ha la passione per il proprio mestiere la simpatia la professionalità per me non esiste altro, consiglio a tutti questo negozio , cinque stelle per lui ! Marco is simply the best; my Citizen Aqualand titanium watch was stopped for a year by another watchmaker who could not solve the problem, I went to Watch & Co because I knew about the passion for his profession, professionalism and friendliness and so it was. He welcomed me into the shop and in ten minutes he replaced the original screws of the caseback (which cannot be found) and mounted the buckle and the original strap loops for me and in the meantime we had a good chat. What can I say, simply the best, for me nothing else exists. When you find those who have a passion for their profession, sympathy and professionalism, nothing else exists for me, I recommend this shop to everyone, five stars for him!

A me ha compiuto due piccoli miracoli resuscitando due orologi antichi a me molto cari appartenuti a mio padre e mio nonno a cui tenevo molto farli ritornare in funzione, un lavoro difficile e molto dispendioso, ma lui é riuscito nell'ardua impresa trattandomi veramente bene anche sul prezzo. Mi ritengo veramente fortunato ad averlo conosciuto, sia a livello umano che lavorativo. Disponibilità, cortesia e serietà ecco cosa ho trovato alla Watch&Co. Senza dubbio il mio orologiaio di fiducia per la vita. Grazie di cuore ancora! Marco is truly a wonderful person with a rare professionalism nowadays. Do I recommend it? Definitely yes. He performed two small miracles for me by resurrecting two antique watches very dear to me that belonged to my father and my grandfather who I was very keen to get them back into operation, a difficult and very expensive job, but he succeeded in the arduous undertaking by treating me really well too on the price. I consider myself really lucky to have met him, both on a human and professional level. Availability, courtesy and seriousness this is what I found at Watch & Co. M	Mattia Bertini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il proprietario direi che è una persona estremamente disponibile e competente...parlo della mia esperienza con orologi ana/digi quantomeno...ho spolverato dal cassetto un vecchio aqualand,più che un orologio era ridotto a relitto. Cambiato pila,guarnizioni complete ,lavaggio cassa,reset del modulo con controllo della parte analogica,sblocco della ghiera,prova sub certificata a 5 atm e sistemata la corona che avvitava male l'orologio è tornato a vivere come una volta. A completare il lavoro due belle spring bar con annesso cinturino in gomma nuovo nuovo....che dire... soddisfattissimo del lavoro seguito giorno per giorno da aggiornamenti con foto e descrizione via audio.....ci tornerò al 100x100 anche perché ha dei pezzetti unici NOS. The owner I would say is an extremely helpful and competent person ... I'm talking about my experience with ana / digi watches at least ... I dusted an old aqualand from the drawer, rather than a clock it was reduced to a wreck. Battery changed, complete gaskets, case washing, module reset with control of the analog part, unlocking of the bezel, certified diving test at 5 atm and fixed the crown that screwed in the wrong way, the watch is back to life as it once was. To complete the work two beautiful spring bars with attached new rubber strap new .... what to say ... very satisfied with the work followed day by day by updates with photos and description via audio ..... I will return to 100x100 also because has unique NOS bits.

Preparatissimo, puntuale (spesso anche in anticipo con le scadenze indicate per la consegna)e prezzi davvero contenuti. Soddisfattissimo, e per quel che mi riguarda, penso di aver trovato il mio orologiaio, a cui rivolgermi per il nuovo, l' usato e le riparazioni. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Il proprietario Marco è un tecnico molto serio ed attento e nel contempo una persona piacevole ed ironica; ha esaminato l'orologio rilevando le parti danneggiate dandomi subito speranza ed un preventivo di massima. Non aveva certezza sui tempi di consegna perchè dipendeva dal reperimento di alcune parti. Morale: ho portato l'orologio sabato mattina e lunedi mattina era pronto! (ci avrà lavorato di domenica...). il prezzo era quello del preventivo e mi ha anche sostituito una guarnizione e lucidato il vetro. Ho ricevuto un servizio al di sopra delle aspettative. Nel negozio sono anche presenti numerosi orologi subacquei iconici del passato. Assolutamente raccomandato. He was not sure about delivery times because it depended on finding some parts. Moral: I brought the watch on Saturday morning and Monday morning it was ready! (he must have worked on it on Sunday ...). the price was that of the estimate and he also replaced a gasket and polished the glass. I received a service beyond expectations. There are also a number of iconic diving watches from the past in the shop. Absolutely recommended.

Dimentico di sostituire la pila e….il danno è fatto; non riparte a causa dell’acido fuoriuscito. Inizio a girare per tanti blasonati centri assistenza e riparazioni sia su Roma che in Italia…..la risposta è sempre una sola: BUTTALO. Casualmente mi imbatto nel sito della Watch & Co di Marco Pacella e leggo le recensioni: 4,9/5 Tento. Mi reco nel negozio e grandissima sorpresa e gioia nel sentirmi dire: non ti preoccupare ci proviamo. Mi prospetta tre soluzioni con le relative incognite a cui seguono i preventivi. Gli do carta bianca e dopo circa 10 giorni mi arriva su WhatsApp la foto dell’orologio perfettamente funzionante !!!! Il conto ?? Più che onesto e perfettamente aderente al preventivo accettato. Che dire di Marco ?? Solo grande impegno professionale, entusiasmo, passione ed onestà. 10 e lode !!! He offers me three solutions with the relative unknowns followed by the estimates.
