Stamattina messo 6 gettoni per fare partire una lavatrice dal costo di 5 gettoni,uno l ha mangiato ...la macchina non è partita ...chiamo uno dei due numeri e la signora mi dice che l' oblò non è chiuso ,invece era chiusissimo......e niente ..... già diverse volte mangiano i gettoni , gli oblò non si chiudono ,ma la colpa è la tua .... Che dire ? Il servizio e la manutenzione va fatta , non solo incassare ...A mai più ! If I could I would give -50 stars .... This morning I put 6 tokens to start a washing machine costing 5 tokens, one ate it ... the machine did not start ... R	Raimondo Puddu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da local guide mi sento in dovere di segnalare questo posto molto sporco e con le macchine che non funzionano ma già da mesi, e la povera gente perde tanti soldi, le lavatrici dichiarano il tempo ma in realtà non corrisponde a verità , le asciugatrici la n 5 si prende i soldi e il tempo va avanti ma la macchina non gira, la n 6 si prende i soldi poi si blocca e se non hai la chiave perdi i soldi , la n 7 dice 80 gradi ma in realtà risulta fredda , poi non parliamo dell'ambiente circostante, privo di pulizia e igiene , pavimento sempre sporco e bidone sempre pieno, molti mentre ero presente hanno chiamato il proprietario che si rifiutava di venire nell'immediato quindi evitando di rimborsare i poveri mal capitati , scandaloso , questo posto deve cambiare gestione perché dopo mesi che tutti gli diciamo per aiutarlo che le macchine non vanno, lui se ne frega , allora vuol dire che ci marcia ed è giusto comunicarlo a tutta Bologna, l'attuale gestore non è in grado minimamente di dare un servizio adeguato e minimo, fidatevi andate in altre lavanderie , se invece vi volete incavolare venite qui a farvi il sangue amaro. T	Tj F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place has very few machines. I ended up losing 10 Euros because machine didn’t work. There is no attendant on-site, so I couldn’t even get help. I ended up just leaving with dirty laundry. They have 3 dryers and only 1 works.
