Vorrei precisare che non ne ho mai fatto una questione di prezzo, sono pienamente daccordo che un lavoro va pagato, sono altresì cosciente che il mio cane dal pelo lungo è difficile da mantenere, altrimenti mi sarei arrangiata!!.. non ho trovato il comportamento professionale... Nessuna empatia con il cane né rispetto dei suoi tempi di recupero dallo stress. Prezzo elevato. Zero stelle. Nelle precedenti tolettature non è mai successa una cosa simile, il confronto è d'obbligo, non serve essere degli esperti, bastano i fatti. Hasty grooming done with a machine that got caught on the poor dog's fur. No empathy with the dog or respect for his recovery times from stress. High price. Zero stars. P	Paul Mycol Ungaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 2 anni che porto il cane in questo negozio, nulla da ridire riguardo qualità di lavoro e prezzo ma, oggi è successa una cosa che mi farà scegliere un'altro negozio x le prossime toelettature del mio cane. Per un ritardo di un solo quarto d'ora il signore mi è sbottato davanti in malo modo dicendo che non gli interessa niente se uno ha degli imprevisti e che se uno ha un orario lo deve rispettare (nulla di più vero ma può capitare un'imprevisto purtroppo) e aggiungendo che se fossero passati altri 2 minuti avrebbe chiuso e sarebbe andato via, lasciando sottointendere che non mi avrebbe restituito il cane. Ho chiesto scusa più volte ma la risposta è sempre stata negativa con un secco "scuse non accettate". Come ho già detto anche allo stesso signore li non metterò mai più piede. I have been taking the dog to this shop for 2 years, nothing to complain about the quality of work and price but, today something happened that will make me choose another shop for my dog's next grooming. For a delay of only a quarter of an hour the gentleman blurted out in front of me saying that he doesn't care if one has unforeseen events and that if one has a schedule he must respect it (nothing more true but it can happen a unforeseen unfortunately) and adding that if another 2 minutes had passed he would have closed and gone away, implying that he would not have returned the dog to me. I have apologized several times but the answer has always been negative with a dry "apology not accepted". As I have already said to the same gentleman I will never set foot there again.
