L	Luigi Fenotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo alcuni giorni fa abbiamo portato il nostro cane di razza bulldog francese per un normale lavaggio e già dall’entrata era molto spaventato sebbene ci fosse già stato altre volte . Dopo circa 20 minuti il dipendete ci chiama dicendo che il cane sta male perché ha vomitato. Una volta arrivati abbiamo trovato il cane con estrema mancanza di ossigeno e in serio pericolo di morire. Il cane era stato lasciato per tanto tempo sotto il fon che ha lo quasi asfissiato. Increduli siamo andati al più vicino veterinario aperto e per questione di minuti è riuscito a metterlo sotto ossigeno e salvarlo. Ci tengo a precisare che il bulldog francese è un cane molto delicato e che va tenuto molto controllato ma quello che è accaduto è totalmente inaccettabile , che merita la denuncia. Altamente sconsigliato! Unfortunately a few days ago we took our French bulldog dog for a normal wash and he was already very scared from the entrance although he had already been there before. After about 20 minutes the employee calls us saying that the dog is sick because he has vomited. Once we arrived we found the dog with extreme lack of oxygen and in serious danger of dying. The dog had been left under the hairdryer for so long that it almost asphyxiated him. Incredulous we went to the nearest open vet and in a matter of minutes he managed to put him on oxygen and save him. I want to clarify that the French bulldog is a very delicate dog and that it must be kept very controlled but what happened is totally unacceptable, which deserves the complaint. Highly not recommended!

Io ho utilizzato il self wash per il mio cane grande (45kg): 1h30 a 20€ compresi shampoo, balsamo e tutte le attrezzature. Esiste anche la formula da 1h a 15€. Locali puliti, 2 postazioni separate e isolate con vasca in acciaio, doccino e phon con aria tiepida o calda. È possibile anche noleggiare gli asciugamani a 1€. Davvero comodo e ben gestito! Wash dog with flat formula to wash the dog independently, but using professional equipment, or a grooming service. I used the self wash for my big dog (45kg): 1h30 to 20 € including shampoo, conditioner and all the equipment. There is also the formula from 1h to 15 €. Clean rooms, 2 separate and isolated stations with steel tub, hand shower and hairdryer with warm or hot air. Towels can also be hired for € 1. Really comfortable and well managed!
