★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben 4 schöne Designer Stühle gekauft (Cattelan Italia), schicker Kunstlederbezug. Nach 7 Monaten zeigt sich plötzlich ein rundes Loch an der Lehne. Vermutlich Überspannung des Kunslederbezugs, also Herstellungsfehler. Haben bei Walcher reklamiert. Reaktion von Walcher: Wir hätten den Stuhl beschädigt, abwechselnd durch Kratzer, Zigaretten, Schlag mit stumpfem Gegenstand etc. Leider keine Bereitschaft hier den Schaden seriös zu analysieren, nur Unterstellungen, dass wir betrügen wollen. Das Ganze gipfelte in der Forderung, dass wir uns für unsere Reklamation entschuldigen sollen !
Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit sehen anders aus. Schade, wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder und können das Möbelhaus auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
Zur Antwort von Fa. Walcher: Die Reparatur wurde uns für 206 € angeboten. Geringe Kosten sehen bei einem Neupreis des Stuhls von ca. 500€ anders aus. Hinsichtlich der Analysen: Zuerst wurde behauptet ein Kratzer, dann das Ausdrücken einer Zigarette , schließlich sollte es ein Schlag mit einem Gegenstand gewesen sein. Zum Schluß wurden plötzlich mehrere Schäden auf dem Photo festgestellt. Was sollen wir von solchen Analysen halten ? Nicht gerade vertrauenserweckend...
Bought 4 beautiful designer chairs (Cattelan Italia), chic leatherette cover. After 7 months a round hole suddenly appears on the backrest. Probably overstretching of the synthetic leather cover, i.e. manufacturing fault. We complained to Walcher. Reaction from Walcher: We would have damaged the chair, alternately with scratches, cigarettes, blows with a blunt object, etc. Unfortunately, no willingness to seriously analyze the damage here, just assumptions that we want to cheat. The whole thing culminated in the demand that we should apologize for our complaint!
Service and customer friendliness look different. It's a shame, we will definitely not be back and cannot recommend the furniture store to others.
To the answer of Fa. Walcher: We were offered the repair for 206 €. Low costs look different with a new price of the chair of around € 500. Regarding the analyzes: First it was alleged to have been a scratch, then a cigarette to be stubbed out, and finally it was alleged to have been a blow with an object. In the end, several damages were suddenly found on the photo. What should we think of such analyzes? Not exactly trustworthy ...

Montatori incompetenti, venuti tre volte a montare un armadio è ancora adesso una delle porte scorrevoli non funziona bene.
