G	Giulia S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattamento pessimo. Mentre leggiamo il menù sul tabellone esterno un membro del personale ci invita ad accomodarci dicendo che ci avrebbe portato lo stesso menù. Scegliamo cosa mangiare, dopo qualche secondo, dopo essersi consultata con un altro membro del personale, la cameriera torna e ci informa che per il servizio al tavolo ogni pezzo dell'ordine ci sarebbe costato 0,50€ in più. Questo non era scritto in nessun punto del menù, del locale o del tabellone esterno, ma convinti fosse la prassi rimaniamo seduti. Quaranta minuti per 8 panzerotti di cui uno sbagliato, nel mentre numerose altre persone sono state servite al banco. Arrivati alla cassa la cameriera gentilmente ci presenta un conto, in modo totalmente arbitrario interviene nuovamente il soggetto con cui si era consultata prima di informarci del sovrapprezzo del coperto, dicendo che il conto è sbagliato e veniva di più perché "il menù che avete letto voi è vecchio". Questo dopo sguardi e commentini. Mi auguro che questo "trattamento di favore" non ci sia stato riservato in quanto turisti. È un vero peccato, il cibo è buono, ma non si possono trattare così le persone, è la prima volta che vengo non accompagnata da gente del posto e ricevo questo trattamento. Spero che decidano di rivedere il proprio modus operandi perché così oltre ad essere illegale, è vergognoso. Bad treatment. As we read the menu on the outside board, a member of staff invites us to sit down saying that he would bring us the same menu. We choose what to eat, after a few seconds, after consulting with another member of staff, the waitress comes back and informs us that for table service each piece of the order would cost us € 0.50 more. This was not written anywhere on the menu, the room or the outside board, but we are convinced that it was the practice, we remain seated. Forty minutes for 8 panzerotti, one of which was wrong, while numerous other people were served at the counter. Arriving at the cash desk, the waitress kindly presents us with a bill, in a totally arbitrary way the person with whom she had consulted intervenes again before informing us of the surcharge for the cover charge, saying that the bill is wrong and came more because "the menu you have read it's old". This after looks and comments. I hope that this "special treatment" has not been reserved for us as tourists. It's a real shame, the food is good, but you can't treat people like that, it's the first time I've come unaccompanied by locals and get this treatment. I hope they decide to revise their modus operandi because as well as being illegal, it is shameful.

Ho chiesto una coca cola mi è arrivata una pepsi, che per carità va bene uguale.. ho chiesto più volte di riscaldarmi il panino e nessuno mi dava retta. Le cannucce poco igieniche messe lì sul bancone senza carta protettiva. Ma vabbe, si capisce che non c'è molta pulizia. La signora non riusciva a fare i conti di due panini ed una bibita ci ha messo troppo, per poi rinunciare e chiamare un ragazzo con cui ho dovuto insistere per avere il resto. Panino dal gusto accettabile anche se non era quello richiesto. Servizio pessimo. Ci ritornerei?Assolutamente no! Peccato, è stata l'unica volta in cui mi sono trovata malissimo. m	marco boh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cibo molto buono, personale divertente anche se l'unica pecca credo sia un po' l'igiene del luogo che dovrebbe essere leggermente più curata,ma è comunque in ambiente rilassante e "tarantino" very good food, funny staff even if the only flaw I think is the hygiene of the place which should be slightly more taken care of, but it is still in a relaxing and "tarantino" environment
