★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un appuntamento alle 9:30, sono rimasta fino alle 10:30 e il negozio non ha mai aperto. Una signora che lavora accanto ha avvertito del fatto che sono giorni che non apre il negozio e non si fa vedere nessuno. Nessun avvertimento dal proprietario, pessimo.
 I had an appointment at 9:30, I stayed until 10:30 and the shop never opened. A lady who works next door warned that the shop hasn't opened in days and nobody shows up. No warnings from the owner, very bad.

Purchased the coupon on Groupon and booked for 9:30 am. At 11 the shop was still closed. This is a pretty good scam, you are painful! You waste people's time and take advantage of the fact that people, given the period, do not have all this economic availability.

Ho chiesto ai vicini di negozio: hanno detto che da due settimane il salone è chiuso ed è un continuo via vai di gente che cerca il parrucchiere ma non lo trova.
Esperienza pessima. Mancanza di serietà assoluta.

I've been to this shop with Groupon: beautiful lighting effects, perfect cut and beautiful styling! The girl is kind ... she has golden hands and immediately understood what I wanted! The salon is clean and modern ... I will definitely be back for more treatments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso appuntamento 10 giorni prima io e una mia amica per fare diversi trattamenti e arrivati lì ci hanno mandato via perché non hanno segnato il nostro appuntamento... acquisto effettuato su Groupon quindi i soldi li hanno già presi ma non ci hanno potuto servire. Oltretutto ci hanno dato il numero del titolare per reclamare ma il numero era staccato! Recesso immediato e mai più! Sconsiglio vivamente questo salone
We made an appointment 10 days before me and a friend of mine to do different treatments and arrived there they sent us away because they did not mark our appointment ... purchase made on Groupon so the money has already taken but they could not serve us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver telefonato al Solone la scorsa settimana ed aver concordato un appuntamento con loro alle ore 9.30 di oggi, martedì 22/09 ed essere arrivata qui in perfetto orario ho trovato il salone chiuso. Sono le ore 11 ed ancora non si è fatto vivo nessuno, la proprietaria di un negozio lì vicino ci ha detto (nel frattempo era arrivata un altra ragazza che aveva appuntamento) che non eravamo per prime e che il salone il venerdì prima non aveva aperto per niente, nonostante ci fossero state altre ragazze ad attendere. Ho buttato una mattinata!
After phoning Solone last week and agreeing an appointment with them at 9.30 today, Tuesday 22/09 and arriving here on time, I found the salon closed. It is 11 am and no one has shown up yet, the owner of a nearby shop told us (in the meantime another girl who had an appointment had arrived) that we were not first and that the salon had not opened on the Friday before. not at all, even though there were other girls waiting. I wasted a morning!
