Il servizio di gestione della pratica è stato sempre molto reattivo, con tempi di risposta nell'ordine dei minuti...anche in serata. Il tutto a fronte di prezzi competitivi. Auguro con tutto il cuore il meglio alla Signora e chiedo sincere scuse. Precedente: L'azienda (VZ Traslochi/ trasportiamo pianoforti di Trasloco Perfetto) mi fa un preventivo per trasporto pianoforte, accetto ma poi un ragazzo della squadra si fa male e annulliamo il trasporto. Dispiaciuto per il ragazzo dico che non c'è problema fino a quando decido di riprendere il discorso e nel chiedere ulteriori offerte la stessa azienda mi manda altra offerta, quasi il doppio del costo precedentemente proposto. Al tentativo di confermare l'intervento, ovviamente al prezzo precedentemente confermato, l'azienda risponde che hanno deciso di fare solo traslochi in zona....così si viene ripagati dopo due mesi di attesa, la cosa mi lascia molto perplesso, giudicate voi.
