La sala di attesa piena di gente nonostante il periodo storico delicatissimo e l'elevato rischio di contagio. Nessuna professionalità, nessuna idea di correttezza e di rispetto della gente e delle regole. Assolutamente sconsigliato A shame. A very long wait, no respect for queues, children and the elderly. S	Sara Carriero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalità. ho appuntamento alle 18.45 per un certificato sportivo non agonistico, per la palestra: dentro decine di persone accalcate in uno spazio ristretto e altrettante fuori all'ingresso. Qualcuno anche senza mascherina. Eseguo subito l'ecg e la misurazione della pressione arteriosa, per poi essere parcheggiata all'ingresso (sempre quello affollato) in attesa della dottoressa che avrebbe dovuto completare la visita e rilasciarmi il certificato. Prima di me almeno sette persone!! e la dottoressa che apriva la porta per far andare il successivo ogni mezz'ora. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni lo staff ha fatto spallucce, consigliandomi di andare il giorno successivo per ritrovarmi di nuovo in una coda infinita. Neanche un tentativo da parte di qualcuno di porre rimedio alla situazione, una parola di scuse, un tentativo di accelerare le cose o qualcosa del genere. Consiglio di rivedere un attimo l'organizzazione della mole di lavoro e l'assegnazione degli appuntamenti. Per quanto mi riguarda ho restituito il cartaceo e sono andata via alle ore venti, altrimenti sarei ancora lì. Inoltre, confrontandomi con un conoscente che si trovava lì per lo stesso motivo, ho scoperto che ci avevano detto anche due prezzi differenti... Zero professionalism. Not even an attempt by someone to remedy the situation, an apology, an attempt to speed things up or anything like that. I recommend reviewing for a moment the organization of the workload and the assignment of appointments. As for me, I returned the paper and left at 20, otherwise I would still be there. Furthermore, comparing myself with an acquaintance who was there for the same reason, I discovered that they had also told us two different prices ...
