β β β β β I have bad experience with the two staff from VR46 Store. They are very rude. I came to the store with family around 10.45AM, Sunday 13th October 2019 to buy some stuff from the store. Every year we come with no problems and are treated well. But today, the staff unpleasant because of we take pictures of the stuff to send to our friends in Malaysia. We already choose the some of stuff to buy and go downstair too choose another stuff. Suddenly the staff shouting in front of other customer and talk about us using the Italy language and also ask us to leave the store.

β β β β β As everyone else says, this place is a must to visit when you are a fan of Rossi's.
That's exactly the reason I do not understand why they don't carry ALL the stock, also filled up shelves? Yes I get that much of the merchandise is made in other countries, but still. This is rather poor from a store from the BIG MAN's hometown.
Guys do you understand that we WANT to spend more money with you??

β β β β β The store is really small, but was ok. You could get some Rossi merchandise, but not all.
Expected a larger store and perhaps a museum or similar with all Rossi history would have been great.
It is a shame that he has all these nice motorcycle clothing and helmets, none of that was even available at the store....
Nice for a visit if it is on the way, but would not really come just for the store.

β β β β β Worst shopping experience ever! We came from very far to the shop with intention to buy riding gear and clothes, I'm not even speaking about nothing to buy, the guy and the girl working inside, were rude, didn't even care to help or to offer us service, it was actually looking that we r disturbing them with our visit in the shop and unfortunately they were obliged to pause their Christmas talks in order to make us a bill ( anyway somehow we managed to find few things and spend 700 eur...)
Worst experiece ever, made so many kilometers to get there, will never, under any circumstances will get back to this place. Shame for Valentino Rossi that this is his brand representation....
