Pessima pizza pratcamente biscottata. servizio in stato confusionale per un gruppo un po' piΓΉ numeroso di quello a cui evidentemente erano abituati. Unica nota positiva il prezzo modesto, in linea comunque con la qualitΓ  del servizio...
Badly practically toasted pizza. service in a confused state for a group a little more numerous than what they evidently were used to. The only positive note is the modest price, in any case in line with the quality of the service ...

Buona la pizza e poco bruciata sotto. Peccato che abbiamo dovuto attendere 40 minuti oltre l' orario fissato per avere le pizze da asporto. vero che era un sabato, ma forse Γ¨ necessario, per non andare in overbooking anche con i clienti ai tavoli, di prendere meno prenotazioni.
Good pizza and little burnt below. Too bad we had to wait 40 minutes past the set time to have takeaway pizzas. true that it was a Saturday, but perhaps it is necessary, to avoid overbooking even with customers at the tables, to take fewer reservations.

Purtroppo non Γ¨ piΓΉ la pizzeria Volterrani di un tempo. Il cameriere era in totale confusione, ha sbagliato l'ordinazione per 3 persone su 4, la qualitΓ  dell'impasto molto bassa. Quasi un'ora di attesa per le pizze. Sconsigliato.
Unfortunately it is no longer the Volterrani pizzeria it used to be. The waiter was in total confusion, he got the order wrong for 3 out of 4 people, the quality of the dough very low. Almost an hour of waiting for the pizzas. Not recommended.

Allora, da dove partire... Se fosse stato possibile mettere 0 l'avrei messo. Eravamo in 4 persone, tavolo prenotato per le 20. Dopo aver effettuato l'ordinazione iniziano i disastri: per una mezz'ora buona il cameriere torna indietro per cambiare le ordinazioni perchè le richieste per l'impasto non era possibile farle facendocele cambiare per 3 volte. Erano state ordinate 2 vulcano (che a detta del cameriere ci doveva essere salamino e mozzarella), un calzone con crudo e ricotta e una pizza con bresaola. Dopo un'attesa di un'ora e un quarto arrivano le pizze totalmente sbagliate:nelle vulcano il salamino non esisteva, era una capricciosa mascherata; nel calzone c'era il otto e mozzarella con impasto integrale non richiesto e tutte le pizze erano un po' bruciate. Il bagno era sudicio, lo sciacquone rotto e il lavandino mal funzionante. Il conto era troppo alto rispetto al servizio:la mia con la bresaola è costata 10 euro manco fosse fatta d'oro. Sconsigliatissima.
So, where to start ... If it were possible to put 0 I would have put it. We were 4 people, table booked for 8pm. After placing the order the disasters begin: for a good half hour the waiter goes back to change the orders because the requests for the dough were not possible to make them change for 3 times. Two volcanoes had been ordered (according to the waiter there must have been salami and mozzarella), a calzone with raw ham and ricotta and a pizza with bresaola. After a wait of an hour and a quarter the totally wrong pizzas arrive: in the volcano the salami did not exist, it was a capricious masquerade; in the calzone there was the otto and mozzarella with wholemeal dough not required and all the pizzas were a little burnt. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet broken and the sink malfunctioning. The bill was too high compared to the service: mine with bresaola cost 10 euros even if it was made of gold. Highly not recommended.

Locale con poca illuminazione appena siamo entrati un odore acre di impasto di pizza bruciata che ci ha accompagnato per tutta la cena pizza niente di buono l unica cosa buona la birra non ci ritornero

Pizza was OK but nice customized vegetarian options. Staff (specially one lady) were very helpful to translate stuff in English

Very nice staff, also they can speak English. The pizza is very good, but is kind of poor ingredients, in comparison to other pizzeries in the area.
