★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata al negozio perché avevo un problema con il bracciale pandora, premetto di non averlo comprato da volpe e gioielli ma nonostante ciò avevo la garanzia quindi era di loro competenza aggiustarlo o cambiarlo anche perché non avevano spese aggiuntive, malgrado ciò mi hanno rifilato una scusa per non aggiustarlo e mi ha addirittura consigliato di andare dove l'avevo comprato. Quindi mi sono recata dove l'ho comprato e mi hanno detto che il negozio poteva benissimo aggiustarlo e dopo due minuti mi hanno dato il pandora nuovo di zecca con garanzia nuova.
Quindi la domanda sporge spontanea, non me l'hanno cambiato perché non l'ho comprato da loro? O sono poco informati?
Boh lascio a voi le conclusioni.
Spero che questo faccia capire tanto alla gioielleria interessata.
E spero io un giorno di potermi ricredere.
