I bought a dress there. One hour later I saw that there is something written in yellow letters on the dress. I went back to the store and ask if they have the same dress again. Unfortunately my color was the last one. They tried to clean it but the letters was still there. Because I only want this dress with this color I decided to take it again and wash it at home. The next day I saw that the water spots from the day before still on the dress but the dress was already dry. I went back to the shop and ask to return my money. They wanted to clean the spot but Actually they destroyed my dress . And didn’t want to give me my money back. They offered me to choose another dress. But there was no other dress I liked. If they destroy a dress Which I already bought they should give me my money back ! Because It’s not my fault. They reacted very unfriendly and unprofessional. This Isn’t a good customer service !
