La pasta fresca ripiena varia nei formati (ravioli, ravioloni, tortelli, etc) e nelle farciture (a memoria, i miei preferiti: castagne e porcini, zucca, boscaiola, ricotta di pecora e arancia, limone, burrata, pappa al pomodoro). Hanno anche dei sughi (ma non li ho provati) e delle ottime (ma proprio buone buone) lasagne classiche o bianche con verdurine. L'unica nota negativa è che potrebbe esserci un po' da aspettare (ovviamente, per quanto detto, io ho sempre trovato la fila). Le due signore al banco sono gentilissime e danno ottimi consigli. P. S. È possibile prenotare telefonicamente e poi passare a ritirare ma consiglio, almeno le prime volte, di non perdersi lo spettacolo del bancone. Incredible variety of fresh and stuffed pasta.
