Mi ha modificato il piano tariffario del mio abbonamento ma solo alla fine di questa operazione ho scoperto che mi costava 20 € la modifica. Ritengo poco corretto non avermelo comunicato subito, comunque il servizio è rapido ed efficiente.
Service point for Vodafone customers in the city center, with qualified and kind staff. I changed the rate plan of my subscription but only at the end of this operation did I discover that the change cost me € 20. I think it is not correct not to have communicated it to me immediately, however the service is fast and efficient.
