★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente e scortese. Per niente chiari. Hanno attivato la sim senza attivare la promozione. Non rispondono a telefono. Ho dovuto chiamare Servizio Clienti Vodafone per far sistemare il tutto dopo 2 giorni.
Sconsiglio il negozio
 Incompetent and rude staff. Not at all clear. They activated the sim without activating the promotion. They don't answer the phone. I had to call Vodafone Customer Service to have everything fixed after 2 days.
I do not recommend the shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale incapace e scortese, la ragazza che si spaccia per responsabile ha rifilato un cellulare di 100 euro, pagabile quindi tranquillamente totalmente in contanti, proponendogli una piccola rata che ha unito alla mia bolletta vodafone creando una bolletta unica che ha inserito sul conto corrente del mio ragazzo cosa totalmente illegale dato che per legge l intestatario dell utenza deve corrispondere al correntista...morale della favola oggi mi ritrovo una situazione che sto risolvendo grazie all aiuto telefonico degli operatori vodafone solamente con un azione legale ed é veramente triste vedere tanta gente capace disoccupata mentre tanti incompetenti hanno uno stipendio fisso!
incapable and rude staff, the girl who pretends to be responsible has trimmed a cell phone of 100 euros, payable therefore quietly totally in cash, offering him a small installment that he combined with my vodafone bill creating a single bill that he inserted into my current account boy something totally illegal since by law the holder of the user must correspond to the account holder ... moral of the story today I find myself a situation that I am solving thanks to the telephone help of the vodafone operators only with a legal action and it is really sad to see so many capable people unemployed while many incompetents have a fixed salary!
