★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato a due passi dal centro, negozio di telefonia il cui gestore è davvero gentile e disponibile, mi sono recato qui per attivare un offerta e sono stato seguito in modo impeccabile, anche post, con la disattivazione (da parte sua e gratuitamente) di tutti quei "costi nascosti" che si possono attivare erroneamente.
Consigliato al 100%
Located a stone's throw from the center, a phone shop whose manager is really kind and helpful, I went here to activate an offer and I was followed impeccably, even post, with the deactivation (for its part and for free) of all those "hidden costs" that can be erroneously activated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, ha chiesto una somma aggiuntiva a quanto dichiarato sul sito dell'operatore e al telefono, per attivare una sim che all'atto pratico non ha attivato affatto dopo un'ora buona di tentennamento al tablet. Infatti ci ha sostanzialmente venduto una sim ad un prezzo esagerato rimandandoci al tabacchi più vicino per finire da soli. Fortemente sconsigliato.
Bad service, he asked for an additional sum to what was declared on the operator's website and on the phone, to activate a sim that in practice did not activate at all after a good hour of hesitation on the tablet. In fact, he basically sold us a sim at an exaggerated price, sending us back to the nearest tobacconist to finish alone. Strongly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza: per l'acquisto di una nano SIM il venditore ha applicato un mark-up del 50% (€ 5) rispetto al prezzo stabilito da Vodafone (€ 10), il tutto senza informare preliminarmente il cliente di questa maggiorazione.
Ritornati in negozio per chiedere chiarimenti il venditore ha sostenuto che la maggiorazione è dovuta al servizio da lui fornito/al cartoncino venduto.
Informata Vodafone dell'accaduto, ci è stato confermato che il comportamento del venditore è stato scorretto e ci è stato accreditato immediatamente l'importo indebitamente pagato al venditore.
Comportamento molto poco professionale, ai limiti della disonestà. Venditore sconsigliato.
Bad experience: for the purchase of a nano SIM the seller applied a mark-up of 50% (€ 5) compared to the price set by Vodafone (€ 10), all without informing the customer of this increase in advance.
Returning to the shop to ask for clarification, the seller argued that the increase is due to the service he provided / the cardboard sold.
When Vodafone was informed of the incident, we were confirmed that the seller's behavior was incorrect and we were immediately credited with the amount unduly paid to the seller.
Very unprofessional behavior, bordering on dishonesty. Seller not recommended.
