Nel mio caso mi sono rivolto per una riparazione di iPhone in garanzia (6mesi dall acquisto), con vetro rotto da me e altri problemi preesistenti all altoparlante/microfono. Il proprietario ha sostituito il vetro a pagamento senza menzionare che la garanzia sarebbe decaduta. Dopo il lavoro il touch screen era inutilizzabile (non rispondeva bene al tocco) e il tasto home non funzionava bene. I problemi preesistenti non sono stati coperti dalla garanzia a causa dell intervento di un centro non-ufficiale! Terrible experience, definitely to be avoided! I confirm the negative comments. In my case I went for an iPhone repair under warranty (6 months from purchase), with glass broken by me and other pre-existing problems with the speaker / microphone. The owner replaced the glass for a fee without mentioning that the warranty would lapse. After work the touch screen was inoperable (did not respond well to touch) and the home button did not work well. Pre-existing problems were not covered by the warranty due to the intervention of an unofficial center!

Personale antipatico è per niente professionale(specialmente il proprietario) quando entri ed io è la mia famiglia è anche tantissimi amici miei ci siamo entrati spesso sia per comprare che per ricariche, non ti guarda neanche in faccia, ne un buongiorno, ne un sorriso, anzi con un viso infastidito, e se gli esponi il tuo problema ne fa un dramma, infatti mi ha liquidato in tre secondi dicendomi che non aveva tempo da perdere(senza problemi sono andato via e mi sono recato nel centro vodafone di Castellammare di Stabia dove con una gentilezza e professionalità unica in meno di un minuto hanno subito risolto il mio problema!!! To absolutely avoid !!! Unpleasant staff is not at all professional (especially the owner) when you enter and I am my family and also many friends of mine we have often entered both to buy and for refills, it does not even look at you in the face, neither a good morning, nor a smile, indeed with an annoyed face, and if you expose your problem it makes a drama, in fact he liquidated me in three seconds telling me that he had no time to waste (without problems I went away and I went to the vodafone center of Castellammare di Stabia where with a kindness and unique professionalism in less than a minute they immediately solved my problem !!!

Tornai li ma mi dissero che era colpa mia e che il telefono era sicuramente caduto.Cosa assolutamente non vera.Finale della storia :l ho dovuto portare da un altra parte dove con professionalità mi hanno risolto il problema I was not there for me for good ... 130 euros to replace the display of my huawey.At the withdrawal everything seemed in order, but after 2 days it did not work again.
