Chiamando la Vodafone a parte farvi segnalare.. in 3 secondi mi hanno risolto il problema è adesso mi vengo a riprendere anche i 5 euro che vi prendete per l'operazione dato che voi non avete fatto nulla.... E siete state così oneste da non dirmelo.. Bella figura fate fare ala Vodafone..

Ho dovuto chiamare io stessa la vodafone a km di distanza perché mia sorella e venuta da voi ma non riusciva a capire cosa stesse succedendo. Se avete un problema siete moralmente almeno obbligate a comunicarlo e non lasciare le persone isolate perché oggi come oggi senza telefono come si fa ? Soprattutto nel periodo covid che non ci si puo spostare Veramente ci sono rimasta molto ma molto male! 1 stella e già tanto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio padre si è recato da voi per acquistare una Internet Key nuova, vi ha lasciato il mio numero di cellulare perché sono io che mi occupo di queste cose a casa e dopo due giorni avete iniziato ad attivarmi offerte non richieste che ho dovuto far disattivare all'istante tramite operatore. Sono risaliti a voi e vi hanno inserito nell'elenco dei centri segnalati, quindi vi conviene smettere di fare i furbi se non volete che la Vodafone vi faccia chiudere.
- AGGIORNAMENTO: Ho tutti gli sms e le email ricevuti dalla Vodafone con le conferme di attivazione di due servizi sul mio numero, non richiesti né da me né da nessun altro. Il 12/02 è stata richiesta una modifica dell'offerta dati da 30 GB a 50 GB (con aumento costi), ieri è stata richiesta l'attivazione di Happy Black Limited Edition. Le attivazioni risultano effettuate tramite canale negozio fisico e, prima del 10/02, né io né mio padre avevamo messo piede in un negozio Vodafone da almeno 10 anni. Gli operatori sono riusciti a risalire a voi e, avendo già ricevuto segnalazioni da altri utenti, vi hanno inserito nella lista di centri da tenere sotto controllo. Vi invito a cancellare il mio numero e qualsiasi dato a esso associato. Se l'episodio si ripeterà farò partire la denuncia che è già pronta.
