★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competenza e buon assortimento ... tecnici validi e competenti ma la post vendita e la cura dei preventivi lascia molto l'amaro in bocca in quanto non completi e con costi necessari ma non quotati in prima battuta.
Competence and good assortment ... valid and competent technicians but after-sales and preventive care leaves a very bad taste in the mouth as they are not complete and with necessary costs but not listed in the first instance.

A seguito di una grandinata che ha danneggiato alcuni avvolgibili ho chiesto l'intervento di un loro tecnico per la stima di un preventivo da sottoporre alla compagnia assicurativa. Mi è stato risposto che dovevo occuparmi io della misurazione degli avvolgibili (accollandomi quindi errori di costificazione dovuti ad eventuali miei errori di calcolo .... ma io non sono un tecnico e ho richiesto il loro intervento proprio per questo motivo). Inoltre, e questo punto è ancora più distante da attuali e moderne logiche di mercato, mi è stato riferito che il preventivo mi sarebbe stato consegnato solo a mano recandomi presso i loro uffici e a fronte di un pagamento di 30€ che mi sarebbe stato rimborsato solo in caso di scelta della loro proposta. Vergognoso. Ho allora contattato altri 2 produttori/fornitori locali che in modo del tutto gratuito sono usciti e hanno fatto i rilievi del caso.
Anachronistic and not very transparent. Following a hailstorm that damaged some roller shutters, I asked for the intervention of one of their technicians to estimate a quote to be submitted to the insurance company. I was told that I had to take care of the measurement of the blinds (thus taking on costing errors due to my possible calculation errors .... but I am not a technician and I requested their intervention for this very reason). Furthermore, and this point is even more distant from current and modern market logic, I was told that the quote would be delivered to me only by hand by going to their offices and against a payment of € 30 which would only be refunded in case of choice of their proposal. Shameful. I then contacted 2 other local producers / suppliers who went out completely free of charge and made the necessary findings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio riparazione pessimo!! vergognoso...Chiamato per guasto ad una tapparella elettrica completamente chiusa, quindi impossibilitati ad uscire con 4 tecnici in azienda non ti sanno dire quando possono venire a ripararla..da 2 giorni che chiamo e ottengo la stessa risposta!!!non si segnano nemmeno di richiamare per aggiornarti... E non ti sanno nemmeno dire dove ti puoi rivolgere un centro assistenza o altri tecnici!! Affidabilità zero!!
bad repair service !! shameful ... Called due to a breakdown of a completely closed electric shutter, therefore unable to go out with 4 technicians in the company, they cannot tell you when they can come to repair it .. for 2 days I call and get the same answer !!! not even to call back to update you ... And they can't even tell you where you can contact a service center or other technicians !! Zero reliability !!
