★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità inadeguata alla cifra pagata e a un quattro stelle superior. Abbiamo prenotato in Agosto per 3 giorni e due notti una junior suite con jacuzzi, invogliati anche da come viene pubblicizzata la struttura rimanendo molto delusi. Camera che necessita di manutenzione, jacuzzi sporca e piena di calcare, privacy pressoché inesistente in quanto il terrazzo è posizionato in un punto di passaggio e con i balconi soprastanti nei quali chiunque affacciandosi può vedere tutto. Prima colazione e cena scarse sia nella qualità che nella varietà di scelta sembrava di essere in mensa. Spa da ristrutturare completamente. Mosaci della piscina che cadono a pezzi e calcare in tutti i soffioni delle docce. Massaggio relax prenotato a parte sotto la media. Alla sera il bar chiudeva alle 22 non permettendo a chi decideva di restare in struttura di usufruire dei sui servizi in più l'illuminazione attorno alla piscina inesistente tutto ciò metteva un gran tristezza, l'unica soluzione era quella di rientrare in camera. Per concludere il terzo giorno al mattino dopo aver fatto il check out pensavamo di poter usufruire ancora qualche ora della piscina vista anche la cifra pagata ma ci è stato detto che subito dopo potevamo lasciare la struttura. Esperienza da non ripetere.
 Inadequate quality for the amount paid and a four-star superior. We booked in August for 3 days and two nights a junior suite with jacuzzi, also enticed by how the structure is advertised and we were very disappointed. Room in need of maintenance, jacuzzi dirty and full of limestone, privacy almost non-existent as the terrace is positioned in a crossing point and with the balconies above where anyone looking out can see everything. Poor breakfast and dinner both in quality and variety of choice seemed to be in the canteen. Spa to be completely renovated. Mosaci of the pool falling apart and limescale in all the shower heads. Relaxation massage booked separately below average. In the evening the bar closed at 10 pm not allowing those who decided to stay in the structure to use the extra services the lighting around the non-existent pool all this made a great sadness, the only solution was to go back to the room. To conclude the third day in the morning after checking out we thought we could use the swimming pool for a few more hours given the amount paid but we were told that we could leave the structure immediately afterwards. Experience not to be repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be nice, but the rooms are badly dated, and need repairs and cleaning. Staff is accommodating, breakfast is limited options but plentiful. Lots of parking. Better options nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO! Seriously, such a waste of time. We travelled 45 minutes after reading reviews expecting to spend a nice pamper day. After arrival we were able to choose our treatments and were escorted to the spa area we were the told to purchase some swimming caps (first time that’s ever happened to me at a spa) and were told that we had to wait over an hour till our treatments. Well surprise surprise the water was not working in the sauna and steam room. Very questionable for a...spa (because they didn’t work period). The spa and hotel were seemingly falling apart from a lack of clients. Avoid at all costs.

In the spa I had a warm welcome and great treatment, very professional staff, but when when i went to the wellness center most of the utilities were off i.e. turkish bath style, sensorial shower partialy off, relaxing room (hanging chairs) the bottle for the relaxing aroma was empty, but what realy piss me off was that the large jacuzzi itself was not operating as should, tryed to explain and report the issues, but I was indirectly accused as layer by the manager at the reception.

Charged for an ammunt and by talikng to some one else i reliaze that I was charged €40.00 extra.only because I booked throught their web site and who booked throught coupons saved the €40
p.s. at the least the shower in the spa...can you make sure there is hot water?!?!
