★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato oggi nel supermercato di Cassano Magnago ed ho fatto una spesa di circa 35€.
Inavvertitamente ho fatto cadere una lattina di Schweppes, che si è aperta. Ho avvisato una dipendente, scusandomi per l’accaduto.
Giunto in cassa, la cassiera mi chiede di passarle la Schweppes che mi era caduta, che era stata depositata nella cassa, alle mie spalle.
Senza nemmeno spiegarmi se fosse la politica dell’azienda, l’ha aggiunta allo scontrino ed ho dovuto pagarla.
Avrei voluto pagare il corrispondente di 0,62€ e lasciare il resto della spesa.
Allibito per l’accaduto, posso garantire che, aldilà di evitare di fare acquisti in futuro in questo supermercato, diffiderò chiunque voglia farlo.
