Un agglomerato di dipendenti nullafacenti, burocrati ed insignificanti, retribuiti per un servizio di pessima qualità a discapito di chi necessita di presidi medici, pessimo anche il call center dove danno notizie frammentate e nel 95% dei casi errate, esposti i fatti, le centraliniste riferiscono procedure differenti l'una dall'altra. Ho richiesto un "concentratore di ossigeno", più di una settimana fa, con opportuna richiesta autorizzata dall'Asp di Augusta, mi è stato consegnato uno "stroller" la cui efficacia non è sufficiente. Svariati solleciti telefonici, compreso quello di stamattina, non solo la vivisol NON si è attivata per consegnarmi quanto richiesto, ma stamattina scopro che tale azienda deve attivare una procedura di gara dia appalto che allo stato attuale, sono sicuro, NON ha attivato, ripeto, a discapito della gente che necessita di presidi medici. Sarà mia cura rivolgermi ad altra azienda ma allo stesso tempo contattare Striscia la Notizia oltre ad un esposto alla magistratura.
Dopo 4 mail con documentazione allegata alla fine la stessa l'ho mandate su whatsapp....SCADALOSO...al responsabile vivisol.
In data 7/4/22 contatto vivisol per comunicargli il ritiro la loro attrezzatura, in data 8/4/22 ho contattato, sempre su whasapp, il responsabile della vivisol Catania per comunicargli quanto come sopra.
Oggi 10/4/22 l'attrezzatura sta a casa mia. Domani 11/4/22 il servizio di nettezza urbana di Augusta per il ritiro a domicilio.

It will be my responsibility to contact another company but at the same time contact Striscia la Notizia as well as a complaint to the judiciary.
After 4 emails with attached documentation at the end I sent it on whatsapp .... EXPIRED ... to the vivisol manager.
On 7/4/22 I contact vivisol to inform them of the withdrawal of their equipment, on 8/4/22 I contacted, again on whasapp, the manager of vivisol Catania to inform him of the above.
Today 10/4/22 the equipment is in my house. Tomorrow 11/4/22 the Augusta garbage collection service for home collection.
