Libri arrivati con estremo ritardo rispetto alla presunta data di arrivo, siamo andati avanti a fotocopie per oltre un mese, inaccettabile.
I have never bought stationery from them so I do not express opinions but a complete disaster on the service of booking and collecting school books.
Books arrived with extreme delay compared to the presumed arrival date, we went on photocopying for over a month, unacceptable.
