Sara e Michele mi hanno saputo indirizzare tenendo conto delle esigenze mie e dei miei famigliari! Inoltre anche in vacanza ho avuto bisogno di contattarli e con professionalità e celerità hanno saputo risolvere una mia richiesta! Cosa dire?? Sicuramente viaggero' ancora con loro!! It is not the first holiday I book with this agency and this time too I was satisfied. Sara and Michele were able to guide me taking into account my needs and those of my family! Moreover, even on vacation I needed to contact them and with professionalism and speed they were able to solve my request! What to say?? I will definitely travel with them again !!

A	Alberto Gardoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo affidati per il nostro secondo viaggio alla agenzia, primo viaggio bene (egitto) rispettate le nostre esigenze! quest'anno invece forse anche dalla poche informazioni confusionarie causa covid...ci siamo trovati catapultati da Cipro(desiderata) ad un pseudo resort in puglia consigliatomi da loro(per non perdere la caparra)...che dire ...pessimo! Mandata email per informarli dei vari disservizi ...mai risposto alla nostra e-mail,ne tanto meno richiamati! Peccato da oggi hanno due clienti in meno. We relied on the agency for our second trip, first trip well (egypt) respected our needs! this year instead perhaps also from the little confusing information due to covid ... we found ourselves catapulted from Cyprus (desired) to a pseudo resort in Puglia recommended by them (not to lose the deposit) ... what can I say ... bad! Email sent to inform them of the various inefficiencies ... never replied to our e-mail, much less called back! Too bad they have two fewer customers now.
