I	Iliyan Sabev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero vergognoso, sono passati quasi 2 mesi dal mio ordine e finalmente direi mi è arrivato, ma da sottolineare "2 mesi"e soprattutto sgradevole dover aspettare tra i 15/20 min in attesa per poter parlare con un operatore, e per lo più (chiamando svariate volte) sono in disaccordo tra loro. Finalmente è arrivato il pezzo dopo una vita direi. D	Danilo Riva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo rivenditore, ho ordinato tramite “manomano” (piattaforma dove ho fatto l’ordine) un compressore lisam 1500 attacco 3 punti per trattore, 2550€ di prodotto, il rivenditore era “vivai scifo”, bonifico fatto a metà novembre, il prodotto doveva essere consegnato entro e massimo il 9 dicembre, ad oggi 27 dicembre sto ancora aspettando il prodotto. Ma la cosa più brutta, oltre ad essere risultato spedito, il rivenditore “ vivai scifo” non si è degnato neanche di rispondere alle ripetute segnalazioni sia da parte mia che da parte del commerciale di “manomano” riguardante gli eventuali problemi di consegna, tant’è vero che manomano per tutelarmi come acquirente “truffato” ha dovuto attivare una assicurazione, dato anche l’ìngente importo. Concludo nel dire attenti a fare acquisti di grosse somme soprattutto se il pagamento ve lo chiedono anticipato. Se acquistate comunque scegliete, ove possibile, il contrassegno. Mai più un acquisto presso questo rivenditore. Aspetto qualche giorno,li contatto e mi dicono, ai primi di dicembre, che il corriere aveva avuto un sinistro e che avrebbero provveduto a mandarmi un nuovo prodotto entro La fine della settimana, niente spariti di nuovo. Sono passati due mesi nuovi, e io non ho ricevuto quello che ho ordinato. 10€ di spedizione per cosa?Ho letto le altre recensioni e usano la scusa del corriere molto spesso! Da denuncia! Dopo un infinita attesa per telefono mi comunicarono in modo sgarbato "causa COVID le spedizioni sono in ritardo, quindi o aspetta o chieda il rimborso". Bene, ho chiesto il rimborso! Da lì in poi un agonia! Chiamate, messaggi, email, liberatorie, altre chiamate, richieste di rimborso inviate più volte. Nono ho MAI PIÙ RICEVUTO I MIEI SOLDI. Alle mie lamentele hanno sempre risposto che il rimborso era quasi pronto e che sarebbe arrivato. PATETICI E DISORGANIZZATI. SCONSIGLIATO A CHIUNQUE Too bad not being able to put 0 stars.
