★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativo. Ordine fatto da più di due settimane, poi perso,poi rifatto,poi riperso,poi rifatto. Poi richiamo per sapere della consegna ma i fiori non ci sono più. Era un ordine per tantissimi fiori. Peccato, andrò da un altro vivaio.
Negative. Order made for more than two weeks, then lost, then redone, then reposted, then redone. Then call to find out about the delivery but the flowers are gone. It was an order for a large number of flowers. Too bad, I will go to another nursery.

C’è davvero una buona varietà di piante e fiori, e la qualità e il servizio sono davvero ottimi!

Ci siamo sentiti telefonicamente per visionare l albero da tagliare, nonostante la disponibilità data per un intera settimana nessuno si è più fatto sentire. Ho chiamato 1 volta a settimana per sapere se e quando qualcuno fosse passato ma stessa risposta" le facciamo sapere" Dopo 2 mesi nessuno ha mai richiamato. Un minimo di attenzione non sarebbe guastata e avrei preferito un " non ho tempo" piuttosto che questo
We had to redo the garden, cut a tree, install an irrigation system. The guy we talked to was very kind. We spoke by phone to view the tree to be cut, despite the availability given for a whole week no one has been heard anymore. I called once a week to find out if and when someone had passed but the same answer "let them know" After 2 months no one has ever called back. A minimum of attention would not be spoiled and I would have preferred a "I have no time" rather than this
