★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Ho aspettato 20 minuti per pagare. Non mi hanno permesso di scegliere l'albero che volevo. Mi hanno portato uno dicendomi o questo o niente. L"unica cosa che hanno veramente una scelta vastissima e un gatto bianco meraviglioso che mi ha tenuto compagnia nella lunga attesa.
Bad service. I waited 20 minutes to pay. They didn't let me choose the tree I wanted. They brought me one and said either this or nothing. The only thing they really have is a huge choice and a wonderful white cat that kept me company in the long wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servizio, siamo andati oggi 16/03/2022 ore 17.00, abbiamo fatto un giro dentro cercando alberi da frutto, senso un posto più tosto grande ci siamo un po’ persi e ci siamo fermati da un un grupo di lavoratori che stavano scaricando della mece per chiedere dove dovevamo andare, uno di loro ci ha indirizzato ma un’altro suo collega ha letteralmente detto a mio marito: si si vada di la fuori dei cogl….oni!!! Io l’ho ringraziato per la sua buona educazione e dopo uno scambio d’opinioni ha detto che lavorano anche senza assicurazione, noi li abbiamo detto che comunque non era modo di trattare i clienti che chiedono solo un’informazione, siamo andati a lamentarci in ufficio e…..una signora ci ha risposto che “in 45 anni non era mai successo” dudando della nostra parola, vorrei poter dare 0 stelle ma visto che con posso do una, hanno tanta scelta nelle piante ma personale molto ma, molto maleducato!!!!!!
Pésimo service, we went today 16/03/2022 at 17.00, we took a tour inside looking for fruit trees, meaning a bigger place we got a bit lost and stopped by a group of workers who were unloading some mece to ask where we should go, one of them directed us but another colleague of his literally said to my husband: let's go out of the way… .oni !!! I thanked him for his good education and after an exchange of opinions he said that they also work without insurance, we told them that in any case it was no way to treat customers who only ask for information, we went to complain in office and ... .. a lady replied that "in 45 years it had never happened" duding our word, I would like to be able to give 0 stars but since I can give one, they have a lot of choice in plants but very but very rude staff !!!!!!
