A mio avviso non è stato pretrattato con cura e aspettando i tempi giusti. Quando l’abbiamo fatto presente ci è stato detto che succede a causa del caldo o perché noi non l’abbiamo curato sufficientemente e che che dovevamo aspettare ottobre! Perché allora non dircelo subito e avvisarci che potevano esserci questi inconvenienti? Inoltre dicono che ci ricontatteranno e questo non succede. A mio avviso poca professionalità, forse più quotati x rifare le aiuole del comune o giardini più importanti e per questo si permettono di trascurare il “piccolo” cliente. Non mi rivolgerei più a loro. We have relied on this nursery to make the garden of our house (new garden). After less than a month the meadow is infested with weeds, it looks like a field. In my opinion it was not pre-treated with care and waiting for the right time. When we mentioned this we were told that it happens because of the heat or because we did not take care of it sufficiently and that we had to wait for October! So why not tell us immediately and warn us that there could be these inconveniences? They also say that they will contact us and this does not happen. In my opinion, little professionalism, perhaps more valued x to redo the flower beds of the municipality or the most important gardens and for this they allow themselves to neglect the "small" customer. I wouldn't turn to them anymore.
