Il bouquet era molto più piccolo rispetto a quanto mi era stato detto quando l’avevo ordinato ed i fiori erano anche schiacciati e mal posti. Essendo il mio bouquet di laurea ho chiesto gentilmente se era possibile modificarlo un po’, magari anche solo la carta che lo contiene e la signora si è rifiutata di modificarlo e si è addirittura messa ad urlare con me nonostante io fossi stata cortese. Senza parole. I took my graduation bouquet and was served by an over aged lady and she was very rude. The bouquet was much smaller than what I was told when I ordered it and the flowers were also crushed and badly placed. Being my graduation bouquet, I kindly asked if it was possible to modify it a little, maybe even just the card that contains it, and the lady refused to modify it and even started yelling at me even though I was courteous.
