T	Tonio Altieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati in questo vivaio per acquistare alcune piante. Eravamo io, mia moglie e la nostra piccola spitz al guinzaglio. In quel momento il vivaio era deserto, c'era soltanto il proprietario e un operaio che mettevano ordine fra le varie piante. Stavamo scegliendo le bouganvillea da acquistare quando il proprietario si è avvicinato e ha cominciato a urlare a squarciagola dicendoci che nel suo vivaio i cani non entreranno mai e che dovevamo andarcene subito. Siamo rimasti senza parole, non ci era mai successa una cosa simile. Ci siamo voltati e siamo andati via senza replicare. Ovviamente non metteremo mai più piede in quel posto. We went to this nursery to buy some plants. It was me, my wife and our little spitz on a leash. At that moment the nursery was deserted, there was only the owner and a worker who put the various plants in order. We were choosing bougainvilleas to buy when the owner approached and started screaming at the top of his voice telling us that dogs will never enter his nursery and that we should leave immediately. We were speechless, such a thing had never happened to us. We turned around and walked away without replying. Obviously we will never set foot in that place again.

Io e il mio compagno siamo rimasti senza parole e, ovviamente, ce ne siamo andati. Mi chiedo, anche, come mai continui a rimanere aperto e ad avere clientela (ammesso che ce l'abbia). Purtroppo non c'è alcuna giustificazione a comportamenti simili. I wonder where all the rudeness and aggression that the owner dumps on the first potential customer that comes to him comes from. My partner and I were blown away and obviously we left. I also wonder why you continue to remain open and have customers (if you have one). Unfortunately there is no justification for similar behavior.

Mai incontrato nella mia vita un negoziante così cafone . Bad, rude, aggressive for asking a price, I thought I was the victim of a joke, it would be a lawsuit. Never in my life met such a boorish shopkeeper.

Il proprietario è un sadico urlante che gode ad offendere e mortificare gratuitamente il potenziale cliente. Non cadete nella sua trappola, non cedete alle sue provocazioni. Vi consiglio di non oltrepassare la soglia del cancello o se proprio dovete portatevi Tarzan e munitevi di arco e frecce perchè tutto può accadere in quella Jungla di matti. Ho vissuto una situazione surreale, grottesca, allucinante questo pomeriggio che forse un giorno avrò il tempo di raccontarvi in cui ad un certo punto credevo e speravo di essere vittima di una candid camera. Dopo varie mitragliate di insulti da parte del proprietario urlati nell'orecchio del tipo "COGLIOE!!! NON CAPISCI UN CAO!!! VATTENE!!! NOI CLIENTI COME TE NON NE VOGLIAMO, NE ABBIAMO TROPPI, PREFERIAMO PERDERLI!!! ecc." nel grande imbarazzo per lui, in silenzio ho preferito andarmene senza ribattere e alla svelta. La mia colpa? Aver chiesto con una semplice domanda la conferma su un nome di una pianta che volevo acquistare, stop, nulla di più. Signor IL PROPRIETARIO, vede, io sono educato con tutti, lo sono stato persino con lei e me ne sono andato dal suo covo con un sorriso e tanta amarezza per il suo scempio gratuito... sempre con il sorriso ritengo che lei sia una GRAN TESTA DI CACTUS!!! (GRUSONII A SPINA LUNGA). Metta un cartello fuori all'ingresso, anziché usare il nome "Vivai CARONE" interponga la lettera "g" in modo da allertare i clienti, "Vivai CAROgNE" si addice meglio alla sua attività. Adesso la saluto e ci vediamo a fine Maggio :) I put a star because unfortunately I cannot choose ZERO, SOTTOZERO or the complaint. Mr. THE OWNER, you see, I am polite with everyone, I was even with her and I left her den with a smile and a lot of bitterness for her free havoc ... always with a smile I think she is a GREAT CACTUS HEAD !!! (LONG SPINE GRUSONII). Put a sign outside the entrance, instead of using the name "Vivai CARONE" interpose the letter "g" to alert customers, "Vivai CAROgNE" is better suited to your business. Ci siamo recati per farci progettare l’intero giardino e siamo andati via prima di poter dire al proprietario di che cosa avevamo bisogno...ci ha accolti in malo modo pregandoci di levarci dai piedi. Un commerciante così è Imbarazzante!!! They don't even deserve a star !!! Stay away from this nursery. Sono stato accompagnato in ogni singolo istante dal proprietario(persona cordialissima e dotata davvero di grande senso dell'humor) a scegliere le piante con le quali avrei adornato il mio terrazzino. Sarà stata la bella giornata di sole, sarà stata l'intesa che si è creata, ma il titolare ha voluto portare me e la mia signora fuori a pranzo in un bellissimo ristorante panoramico a Polignano. Unica pecca? Non ha voluto nemmeno che fossimo noi a portarci le piante a casa. Ce le ha fatte recapitare il giorno successivo. Really well stocked nursery. I was accompanied in every single moment by the owner (a very cordial person with a great sense of humor) to choose the plants with which I would adorn my terrace. It must have been the beautiful sunny day, it must have been the understanding that was created, but the owner wanted to take me and my lady out for lunch in a beautiful panoramic restaurant in Polignano. The only flaw? He didn't even want us to bring the plants home. He had them delivered to us the next day.
