★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati, ho chiesto un semplice mazzo di fiori per una laurea e hanno iniziato a fare mille problemi, andavo di fretta e mi sono sentita dire "se aveva fretta poteva venire prima", ma sono risposte da dare a un cliente queste? In più mi hanno rimproverato per averli costretti a interrompere la preparazione dei loro ordini per preparare il mio mazzo. Scusate tanto, vorrà dire che la prossima volta mi terrò i soldi!
Rude, I asked for a simple bouquet of flowers for a degree and they started to make a lot of problems, I was in a hurry and I was told "if he was in a hurry he could come sooner", but are these answers to give to a customer? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho abitato li 35 anni fa e ogni volta che andavamo da qualcuno sapevamo che con i loro fiori avremmo portato mazzi meravigliosi. Negli anni non ho mai ritrovato il loro gusto e cura.
Dopo 35 anni sono ripassato sperando che non fosse cambiata gestione. Sono sempre loro con la loro maestria.
